Harborside

Great experience! The property was beautiful and clean. The staff were very helpful, kind and fun. The units were as described and fit our family’s needs. Within walking distance to a of the additional amenities. We had a great time.

Awesome stay! Perfect for families

The apartment at Harborside was nicer than the pictures! We had an amazing time here and so glad we stayed at the Harborside property. It’s a quieter and more relaxing experience than the other pool areas. The apartment was super clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. When we landed our taxi took us to the local supermarket where we loaded up on groceries. The Atlantis shuttles are also very convenient taking us to all areas of the resort. The staff at Atlantis are superb- all so friendly and warm! Highly recommend this apartment stay.

Great stay at Harborside

Last time I stayed in the hotel versus Harborside. Harborside is so much better. So nice to have some space to spread out. Large bathroom, tons of storage in the bedroom and the living room. Great to have washer and dryer also. The kitchenette helped keep costs down, but your own water, alcohol and snacks if nothing else saves you tons of money! We were lucky to have a beautiful view of the marina and all the yachts. It’s a nice and quiet spot and the shuttle comes so often to take you to all the different spots.

Perfect for families!

We stayed in a 2-bedroom lock-off with 4 adults and 2 kids. It worked perfectly! The units had everything we needed. Having laundry and a kitchen was critical for a week stay! We were on the third floor with a lovely balcony with views across the marina. So nice! Communication from the property manager was prompt and informative. We really liked how Harbourside was a bit quieter than the rest of Atlantis. We enjoyed the Harbourside pool at the end of the day and easily got towels/wrist bands at their pool house. The small gym also worked great. The shuttle service was excellent - shuttles came constantly and easily got us around all areas of the resort. Walking is also possible - an easy walk of about 10-15 minutes depending on where you're going. Only complaint about Harbourside was check-in. Because we arrived early in the morning, we were told we'd get guaranteed check-in at 2pm. Arriving back at 2:30 with perishable groceries we were -rather rudely - informed our room would not be ready until 4pm. Communication on this was handled poorly and quite rudely by one employee. Other than that, everyone was wonderful! The concierge desk was hugely helpful with all requests. The women working at the desk went above and beyond. As suggested, we brought lots of dry goods and this was really helpful (groceries on the island were very expensive). We also suggest bringing ziplocs, cleaning pods for dishwasher and washing machine, reusable grocery bags and coffee filters.

Nice one bedroom condo with view of the marina

We had a great stay at Harborside. The host was very responsive and addressed all of our questions in a timely manner. We took their advice and packed dry goods which saved us a lot of money at the grocery store. There were always plenty of towels and umbrellas available at the pools and beaches. Our condo was pretty quiet, except for the last day when we heard little feet above us, which is to be expected at a resort like this. We asked Family Fun Atlantis to get us a condo with a view if possible and they did not disappoint. We had the pleasant surprise of seeing sea creatures from our balcony on a daily basis.

Perfect location

We loved our vacation at Harborside. The view from our condo was beautiful. Condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Shuttles ran often to take you to all other Atlantis locations. We did walk a lot to the marina. We rented a car, but I would not get one for future trips. They also have a shuttle that goes to the grocery store for a small fee.

Great Stay!!!

First, the host, Chris Galvin, was very responsive, gives accurate answers to our many questions, and accepted our request to have the best view in the property. Also provided us with lots of info nad recommendations about Atlantis. Second, check in and check out was a breeze. And staff at the desk were very hospitable. House keeping was provided once during our stay and we preferred it that way. Third, property was clean upon check in, it just had a strong scent of probably their cleaning chemicals but opening the sliding doors solved that. Also, we felt safe. Fourth, very convenient getting to Atlantis and coming back because of the shuttle service. Also, commute to airport and anywhere is convenient as well. Taxis are on standby or short wait. Overall, we loved and enjoyed our stay here. Despite reading many sub par reviews about Atlantis, we were happily surprised to have had a pleasant experience. Harborside resort gave us a great place to call home for our stay. Space was just right and there’s a balcony to quickly dry swim equipments.

Chris’s property at Harborside is absolutely wonderful. I love that it is away from the hustle and bustle of the main Atlantis properties, but close enough to enjoy all that Atlantis has to offer with non-stop shuttle service. Harborside it clean, quiet and beautiful! Thank you, Chris!

Spectacular!

Layout of the property was very comfortable. However, the washer/dryer and dishwasher did not come with soap for those appliances. Harborside is located as part of Atlantis and was close to many activities. It was convenient to apply additional charges to our room.

Great accommodations for a relaxing stay!

Our overall experience at Harborside was great. Accommodations were clean and spacious. It was nice to have a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Atlantis. The property manager was very prompt and communicating with us on any questions arise. The staff on site was always willing and able to help as well.

This is what the perfect vacation looks like

This was splendid. Every need was met; we had full access to the Atlantis resort and it’s amenities. The Harbourside pool was never overcrowded. The weather was beautiful. The staff and other guests were all about everyone having a good time. We’ll be back!

Harborside Magic

We had a wonderful stay at Harborside. The kids loved everything Atlantis had to offer and we loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer so e we’re able to keep up with all of the laundry that comes with kids and feeding our tired/picky eaters without having to go out every night. We will definitely be back!

Unexpected wonderful experience!!

I have never gone anywhere and experienced the security and safety that I experienced at the Atlantis. The employees go out of their way to make sure that you have everything that you need for a great vacation with family and friends, enjoy your time because it will take a week to see the resort in its entirety. Loved everything, definitely will plan another vacation at Harborside!

1 bedroom condo was excellent

Chris was a great host answered all our concerns promptly. If we need anything while at the resort the front desk was more than accommodating. Clean towels ,linens a call or text away left at front door. It was great to be able to make breakfast for the kids in the am or come back and relax at your large condo in pm and not be on top of each other. The WiFi worked great on all 4 of our devices in the condo. Small price to pay to keep kids happy with there devices. Will definitely stay again. The point restaurant had awesome fish sandwiches and the waitstaff was great.

Way too many problems and way to long to fix

The air conditioner in our room did not work. It would not get cooler than 80 degrees in the room. The front desk told Chris that had reassigned us to another room and we had not even heard from anyone at the frint desk. Took 3 days before they gave us an option of trying a different room. There was no water in our unit from almost 8 hours! There were 2 water pipes that broke during our stay and water pouring out from ceiling so one of elevators was not was not accessible. Location was good water park and beach were good.
