Why they chose this property
This property is a new purchase for our family. The idea is to make it a launchpad for my fashion label as I branch into home luxury goods. I am also hosting connoisseur seminars and styling workshops as well as sponsoring the arts and education by offering my place to the universities around Bordeaux and abroad for research and development programs. Its all very exciting and we hope to live here one day!
What makes this property unique
Original stone staircase and brut hardwood flooring and antique terracotta are some of the many unique features but I cannot ignore the breathtaking views, sunsets and relaxing swimming pool either. The music carries all through the house on just our little portable speaker and floods out over the vineyards. The place has stunning light all day yet remains cool during the hot summer days. I am in love with this home.
