Large Home with Luxury Hot Tub and Custom Vaulted Ceilings

This gorgeous home is just minutes from the ocean and has a very spacious layout that is perfect for your next family vacation!

The large common area boasts custom designed stone walls and wood vaulted ceilings and trim. The back of the house has 3 very large balconies overlooking the backyard and forest area.

Occasionally there are deer and elk that roam around the neighborhood and backyard. Some of our guests have gotten pictures feeding the deer out of their hands.

The space

This home has everything you need for family vacations, reunions, and more. There are 4 very large bedrooms. The upstairs master bedroom and main floor bedroom are so large they could be split into 2 bedrooms and still be considered roomy.

The main living area has natural light emitting down from skylights in the custom wood decorated vaulted ceilings. There is a center stone wall with custom decor and a fireplace to bring the room some inviting warmth. There is also a big screen tv equipped with satellite in case you need to keep updated with the latest sports games or news.

The kitchen comes with more than enough counter space and everything you need to cook a hearty meal for you and your guests. It also includes a large refrigerator/freezer, a double oven and an additional oven/stove in the kitchen island. There is also a barbecue grill situated on the back patio.

Staying longer than a few days? This home has a complete laundry room with high capacity washer and dryer.

In the backyard, you will find 3 very large decks opening up from the master bedroom, the main floor bedroom, and the dining room.

Need to relax after a long day of vacationing? This home is equipped with a hot tub centered between the decks in the backyard.

Guest access

Guests will have full access to the garage, main floor, and upper floor. The basement access from the garage is inaccessible to guests because it is used to store cleaning supplies for the home.

Oregon - Family Vacation

Jason & Carol's Brookings property is a great place to stay with a large family. The home has several levels which lends to its beauty and diversity. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Large open spaces in the living room, dining and especially the kitchen! We especially enjoyed the large hot tub along with a great backyard. We all loved (especially the younger kids) several families of deer that came into the backyard each morning and evening! The home is close to town for shopping and heading to the ocean. We spent a day at the redwoods which is within an hour's drive. Our family had a great time at this location! Recommend for large family/friend gatherings!

Great house for large family beach stay

Loved this house! Very quiet street, nice neighborhood, easy driving distance to shopping and the beach. Very large house that fit the 7 of us. Could have easily fit more. Nice big kitchen and dining area.Extra fridge in the garage was great. Huge new hot tub! We had an issue w/not having access to the washing machine but the owners were in communication ahead of check in and made it right with us. Overall a great house, would stay there again!

Great place for a group

This house is so nice and big and quiet. We really enjoyed our time here. The large front room has a giant couch that we loved. The kitchen was great for people cooking the rest of the crew to come in and visit or steal tastes. The hot tub was amazing! We saw deer everyday! The rooms were quiet and comfortable for sleeping. If you've got a group, you'll be very comfortable here.

Family event

We were in town for a family wedding. It was spacious for a large number of people, clean and cozy. We were close to the venue and able to enjoy the beach.

Large family getaway

We picked this place because of the location and size of home. Very nice place in a great neighborhood with easy access to beachfront, harbor, and Redwoods. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars...only one extra roll of toilet paper for a week long stay for 11 people, no extra paper towels or napkins, one bath towel per person, and molded shower curtain. In an effort to reduce the amount of sand in the home they ask guest to wash feet off outside which is fine but the hose is located in the dirt under porch in the back of the house. May want to make that a little easier access for the guest. Overall I would stay here again. Lovely home with great possibilities.

This was a great home for our big group of people. Everyone enjoyed their rooms and the kids had plenty of room to run. We quickly made friends with the neighbor and had a blast. Jason and Carol are awesome and the communication with them is great. We are already planning on coming back and staying longer.

:Power went out on our last day making it extremely difficult to get ready to leave - nobody's fault.Washer didn't work but that didn't bother us either.. Otherwise the property was great will definitely stay here again! Thank you! Deer visits were an added bonus :)

THE BEST STAY IN BROOKINGS

I walked in the door and was immediately comfortable. This home is clean and very well taken care of. The owners were very accommodating and available. The location is easy to access all of Brookings. By far my best VRBO visit ever. I will return soon. Sandy

Peaceful and spacious

Great home with lots of room! Hot tub and jacuzzi bath tub were fantastic. Large living room and couch lends lots of space for everyone to relax and stretch out. Beds were all comfortable with nice bedding. Big backyard with mellow deer daily. Big kitchen. Nice owners and house cleaners. Close to town on a quiet street. Will be returning soon.

Lovely home, very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful yard with large trees in the back. Quiet Area

I booked this home to accommodate 3 families, 5 adults, 4 children ages 6 months to 10 years for 2 nights for my daughters wedding. It was perfect, with a master suite upstairs plus 2 bedrooms and private suite downstairs. It was very spacious and felt like home. I loved how open the kitchen, dining and living area were. The decks off the dining room and master suites both upstairs and downstairs were an added bonus as well. We prepared all our meals in the large kitchen and found that it had most all we could need in the way of cooking and serving. We had photographers there doing photos as my daughter and her bridal party got ready for the wedding ceremony. The home and yard were a perfect backdrop. The large sitting area outside the upstairs master bath has a large skylight that was perfect for the brides makeup and hair styling. Jason and Caroline were wonderful hosts with excellent communication both prior to our stay and afterward. We could not have picked a better home for this special occasion.

Beautiful home with lots of space

We had a great time staying this home. We were there for three days and had three families together for the long weekend. The home is spacious and even with all of us in the house we never felt crowded. The kitchen is large and having the double oven and the range was very helpful at mealtimes. The home is very comfortable and it lacked nothing. I recommend staying here if you are coming to Brookings. I definitely would plan the stay again!
