This is a spacious, fully updated 1267 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath end unit .
Upon entering, you'll appreciate the open floor plan allowing you to take in the full view of the living space which opens to the nicely appointed kitchen and continues through the dining and living areas out to the fully enclosed lanai. This light and bright end unit offers beautiful partial views of the tranquil gulf waters through the swaying palms from lanai (enclosed porch) or master suite. The tastefully furnished living area includes a sofa, comfortable leather chairs, and HDTV. Complimentary *standard cable television package & WiFi service is provided.
(Premium channels such as HBO, Showtime... are not included in the rental rate and require an additional fee)
BEDROOMS: The two generously sized bedrooms are situated within a split floor plan which offers maximum privacy.

Each condominium unit has a large, private beach storage cabana which is conveniently located just steps from the sand. This cabana comes complete with a beach cart, lounge & beach chairs, umbrella, fishing rods and tackle for your enjoyment.
PROPERTY AMENITIES:
The Bay Tree Club community includes 2 pools; one gulf-side and one bay-side, 2 picnic/grilling areas, beach storage cabanas, beach-side restroom facilities, beach-side rinse -off shower, complimentary boat/kayak docks and great fishing from the beach or dock.
Parking: Park in the shaded designated space within our securely monitored lot. Ample guest spots are available for your visitors as well.

Note: the first floor laundry room contains a luggage rack and grocery cart to aide in transporting your belongings.

I’ll be back!!!

It was the best vacation I’ve had in a long time love the beach. The condo was very nice. The grounds of the building were beautiful. The trolley was really nice to ride on up to the restaurants and bars. no complaints whatsoever can’t wait to make the trip again!

Pleasant place.

We found this property to be very clean upon arriving which led to a desire to keep it that way. It was very well equipped and up to date.as far as furnishings were concerned but the building is obviously rather old leading to some minor deficiencies such as a shortage of closet space. The location was quite good since it was a quiet area of a crowded island. We liked it.

Major noisy construction next door. Be aware.

Unexpected major noisy construction next door and we were not notified prior to our vacation about this. It started way before our arrival and continued the entire 2 and a half months. It is still going on and will probably be going on for a year. We were not given any compensation for the false “paradise” views we were supposed to have. Disappointed immensely.

Turtle beach getaway

Property has a great location the grounds are immaculate.They have beach and gulf view units with 2 pools,docks and grilling areas.The unit we stayed in was gulf view and was everything we could have asked for we absolutely loved it there and the unit was stocked with everything you could need it was a pleasure and would love to stay there again.

Relaxing family vacation

Our family of 4 stayed here for 7 wonderful days. This was our second time visiting this condo and as soon as we walked in it felt like home. The entire condo was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cookware, and utensils. There were plenty of linens and towels supplied, and the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit really made it easy for me to keep up with laundry while still being able to enjoy my vacation. The beach as well as the entire complex was quiet and uncrowded which added to the relaxing atmosphere. This condo is truly a little piece of paradise. The check in was super easy and Debbie was very quick to reply to any of my questions. We hope to visit again.

Great place close to beach

Property we well maintained and the staff there was very helpful. Gave us all kinds of recommendations. The condo was clean and spacious. Everything we needed was there and close enough to shopping to get what we wanted. Hope to come back soon.

Great location, great condo

Condo was clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the balcony area. Loved having the storage cabanas to keep all the beach equipment/sand out of the condo. Beach was nice, not crowded at all. Path to the beach took you through a turtle habitat, so cool seeing turtles every day.

Beautiful location, beautiful place and very peaceful location

We vacationed with 2 children and my parents. The location is amazing, peaceful and quiet neighborhood- close enough to "fun night outs" (if you are interested). We personally loved to be away from the noise and enjoyed the private beach! There is plenty of space in the condo and you have everything you need to cook there. We will gladly come back for more stays.

Not loving it

My main issue was the refrigerator and freezer not being cleaned out. Food was left opened on the counter. There was a cup of ice cream in the freezer with a spoon in it. Previous renters sheets and towels unwashed in laundry room. We paid a cleaning fee we expected a little more. Condo was nice and updated. Kitchen was well stocked except a sharp knife. Floors and surfaces were clean! Pool and grounds are well maintained. We felt very safe and Bill checked on us. He recommended our daily dinners out and Walts food was very good. Beach was disappointing I couldn’t walk on it because it was too sloped. Go to Siesta key beach to walk it was the widest beach I have ever seen. The pictures are old and the trees have grown to block ocean view.

What we expected and more..

This property had everything we were looking for when we booked our stay at Siesta Key. The condo was amazing with easy access to Turtle Beach and the cabana of beach items made it all that much easier. The condo was extremely clean and the King bed was comfortable. Debbie the property manager was extremely helpful in all of our communications and we are extremely happy with our stay. We will definitely be going back!

Great Place

truly enjoyed the unit, easy access to beach, pool. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Trolley stop outside of condo so you don't have to drive on midnight pass. Two restaurants very close that you can walk to. Definitely would rent again.

Had a great time even with the cool weather. Suggest Checking wall switch in spare bedroom. Sparks and hums when moved. Potential fire hazard. Dishwasher is difficult to start and doesn’t clean dishes well.

Loved the beach front view

My parents and I stayed for 2 weeks! We loved our location and view. It was great being in a condo community with only 40 condos. We met several people/owners from Michigan and hung out with them!!

Peace and quiet

A 10 day stay was a perfect way to reset! The property was very nice. Located near Turtle Beach on the quiet end of the key, we loved the serenity and natural beauty. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen and baths are updated. Lots of towels and laundry available. Easy access to building and great communication with manager. Pool was lovely. I’m only giving 4 stars because the beds were very uncomfortable and some of the beach chairs need to be discarded as they were broken and not safe. Overall, the was a wonderful stay! Lots of space and beautiful views! Pictures online are accurate.

Lovely place and setting

Unfortunately our trip was due to my brothers memorial at Eternal Reefs in Siesta Key, so although not a vacation time was lovely to come back to a great condo and relax. Would love to come back again as a vacation.

A Great Quiet Location

We found this condo met all our needs as to location (close to things and on the beach). It was a quiet time (October) so there was little activity at the pool and essentially no noise at night.

Unfortunate timing

This would be a unique more quiet place to stay if it wasn't for the redtide and dead fish that do not get cleaned up due to private beach. We spent six full days in this condo on the beach but we were unable to go to the beach a single day because of redtide. Please educate yourself before you go and if there is any sign of it in this area, steer clear of this place. Most of the building was vacant when we were there, no one at beach for miles when we walked out with masks, still coughing but yet there was no way to get a refund. Do your research.

week in siesta key

Condo was clean and roomy, wished it had outdoor seating area rather than enclosed lanai for cool night. Beach at condo is small, but roomy Turtle beach short drive away. Siesta beach a few miles away was beautiful. Fishing poles need TLC, but most beach equipment great and a welcome addition. Debbie very responsive to emails.
