Arlamont is a 260 acre property on the edge of the Blue Mountains near Oberon in NSW. It is 1.5 hours from Penrith and 40 mins from Bathurst. The location perfect for bringing that special someone on a romantic interlude for a quick getaway but is also just as suited to large groups or families that want to get together. Relax after a hard day road bike or trail bike riding. Bushwalkers who are exploring the Blue Mountains will have the perfect rest stop after doing such treks as the Six Mile Track. Gold panning or gem fossicking enthusiasts will be grateful for the warm house and the beautiful bedding that awaits your tired and aching backs. City folk that want to just breathe in fresh air and count a million stars whilst roasting marshmallows on a campfire will have thier desires met. Bird lovers and wildlife enthusiasts will be busy taking photos. Mt Panorama and Bathurst die hards will have the perfect location to set up base for the long weekend with a bbq and fridge. Very calm and peaceful house
Enjoyed our stay.very good and convenient place for large groups.I will totally recommend.Bonfire seating was a unique experience.

Overpriced
An old and dated house and while there was plenty of room the facilities, house, furnishings etc are out dated. While being pet friendly and on property, farm animals are in very short supply unless you want to chase cows. Trish seems a nice person but also seems to be trying to sell her childhood memories which can’t transfer. The place is clean and tidy but there is a reason the house isn’t featured on any site. The stay is only worth less than half as much for two than what was paid. Disappointed.

Beautiful location and wonderful host!
The house was perfect for my group of friends. It has the most stunning view and plenty of space. We had an amazing time staying with Trish. The campfire was huge and a really nice spot to socialise. The house had plenty of cooking equipment and Trish accommodated for all our groups needs. She was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The heating works really well, so we were warm and toasty the whole time. Cannot fault this stay, highly recommend for large groups of friends or families looking for a secluded getaway in a beautiful spot! Thanks very much Trish :)
