Spotlessly clean, and centrally located house in Colombo. Easily accessible from Colombo International airport (26km). Many restaurants and recreation places close by. The shopping areas and the heart of Central Business District is within 10-15 minutes. Housed with 5 large bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, outdoor private meeting areas and living areas and a large pantry/kitchen. There is a caretaker to look after all your needs. All Rooms and common areas are fitted with ceiling fans and air-conditioners. Hot water is available. Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged on request.The kitchen is fully equipped. A flat-screen TV is offered. A Sri Lankan/English breakfast is available every morning.
From Colombo Residence one can easily access shopping districts and tourist main attractions. Colombo Golf Club is within walking distance. Colombo International cricket Stadiums are within 3km from Colombo Residence. Colombo City "town Hall", the Sri Lankan parliament are within 10min radius.
