King-sized Master suite! Direct pool access with private bathroom, 50-inch 4K Roku TV. Closet & lots of drawers. Access this room through the second bedroom- sliding door & blinds between the two bedrooms can be closed for complete privacy.

SECOND BEDROOM:
The Flamingo Room: The master suite is directly connected through this room. It has a pool view, a Roku TV, & queen sized, fold-out sofa with a super-thick & comfy Tempurpedic mattress. Immensely comfortable & roomy.

THIRD BEDROOM:
The Mermaid Room: This room has a queen sized bed, closet, Roku TV, and plenty of drawers to stash your stuff. It has a nice garden view.

FOURTH BEDROOM:
The Sea Turtle Room: This room has a beautiful pool view, with a queen sized bed, Roku TV, and plenty of drawers to stash your stuff.

LIVING ROOM:
Three leather sofas, one with a super-comfortable queen-sized Tempurpedic mattress. From here you can watch your favorite shows on a 50-inch 4K Roku HD TV.

DINING ROOM: dining room table, expand to seat more. Recruit more chairs from the bedroom closets.
