Great place to stay.

We had a great time. The condo was very nice inside and comfortable. But it wasn’t exactly beachside. When we booked we had no idea what condo we’d get. The only thing we could go on was where the complex was. And that was a short walk across the entire property. We didn’t really mind it when we were there. But I will say it wasn’t what we expected. We had hoped it be closer. But the owners were so great to us. Provided us with a beach wagon by request. And really just made our stay so comfortable. We didn’t have a lot to do with the cleanup at the end either. I’ve been to some places that require so much. But they just required basic things and had a cleaning crew come after we checked out. Regarding the property. I do think the facilities should have been nicer. The pool chairs were tattered and torn. Paint was chipping off and gets all over you when you sit in them. And I was disappointed that the grounds weren’t a little nicer with more landscaping with a wider variety of plants. Just some suggestions.

Decent Beach Condo in a Convenient Location

My stay at this beach condo was generally pleasant. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the sandy beach and with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The condo itself was well-maintained, with comfortable furniture and a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. The living room offered a cozy space to relax, and the balcony provided a nice spot to enjoy the ocean breeze. The bedrooms were spacious and had ample storage for our belongings. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest after a day of beach activities. However, I did notice an issue with mold in the shower area. While it didn't significantly impact our stay, it was a bit off-putting and could be a concern for those sensitive to allergens. I believe addressing this issue would elevate the overall experience. Despite this minor drawback, we enjoyed our time at this beach condo. The location and overall amenities made for a relaxing getaway. With a bit of attention to the shower area, this condo could easily earn a five-star rating.

Great spot for a quick get away. A quick 2-3 minute wal to and from the beach. Condo was clean and well equipped. Response time was quick from the management company as well. Couldn’t have asked for an easier trip and accommodations.

Villa on the Gulf

My family and I traveled from Texas to Pensacola and chose Villas on the gulf. We really liked this property. It was very clean and had a great location. The communication with the property manager was amazing. She was very responsive from the time I booked until I left. They do have a decent pond here so if you like fishing- bring your pole. There are plenty of bass and bluegill. We had a wonderful time and my family agreed we will be back next year and hope to stay here again.

Amazing we loved our stay

The property is beautiful the layout is very convenient. The condo is a two bedroom one on each end one and a half bath and a laundry room in between the two bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook inside nice dining room we loved our stay.

Pensacola Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of our condo. The place is well appointed with all of the items you need to stay comfortably and the host was easy to communicate with and eager to please. The pool was clean and well maintained, the walk to the beach was easy, and the duck lagoon was a very exciting attraction for our four year old. We would definitely stay again and appreciate the ease in which we came and left.

Great Vacation

We booked the property for a quick anniversary vacation and loved everything about the property! It was close to the beach, far enough away from the Pensacola Beach to not hear all of the traffic, but close enough to get there quickly. Had trouble finding it because GPS got us lost, but the host was able available to give us landmarks even after hours! Will definitely book here again. Thank you!

Beach vacation

Great location just feet from the beach. Unit was clean, updated & owner was easy to communicate with. Only complaint is the upper unit above us was very loud & up all night making sleeping a challenge (may have been renters). Otherwise, close to the beach & bay!

I would stay again

It was nice the condo does need work. There needs to be sound deadening between the units. You could hear the people upstairs walking at all hours of the night. I did enjoy the location. I would stay there again.

Villas on the Gulf Review

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was in a quiet area but close enough to easily access the restaurants and other activities in the vicinity. The condo was very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a comfortable getaway. The dryer was broken but the property manager offered compensation for that when we inquired about it. I would totally recommend this property to anyone looking for a calm, relaxing time away from the hustle bustle of life!!

Blues Condo stay

Condo was very nice and comfortable. Only negatives were no paper towels in kitchen and cabinets were arranged very awkward. Dishes were in corner cabinet and you could not access them of refrigerator if anyone was cooking at stove

Girls weekend

Nice place for us ladies to chill. Had no issues whatsoever! I wish the trolley ran in October so we didn't have to uber so much but the property was great. I prefer a beach view but it was a last minute trip and it was a short walk to the beach. Ok, 2 complaints. No icemaker in fridge in our unit. property should have some snack and soda machines, maybe ice machine in pool area that only guests have access to.

Nice spot

We had a lovely visit. It was only 2 minutes to beach. You can use washer and dryer despite what other reviews say. Beds were very comfy. Loved the luxury quality of the linens and pillows.
