The condo was clean and comfortable. Close to the slopes and town.

The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. Nice location and a good set up for a family of 4 or 5. I would rent again for a ski weekend.

Fun time!

Everything was clean and accurate as in the listing. Only thing I’d suggest to anyone that goes in the winter is bring slippers! The floor is very cold as it’s on the first floor and the heat was off when we arrived and floor never really got warm the whole weekend.

Cool cozy condo

The place was clean and nicely equipped. It's within walking distance to downtown and there is a sidewalk the entire way. I stayed in the summer so I didn't go skiing but some ski slopes and lifts can be seen right outside the place. Cool cozy condo!

Comfy loft chalet for 2 couples - perfect!

With a wood burning fireplace, and view of the slopes nearby at Holiday Valley, this chalet is very reasonably priced for 2 couples!

Great little apartment

The space was exactly what my husband and I needed for a hiking getaway. Cozy and had everything we needed. And so wonderfully quiet in the summertime! Hiking in the area is beautiful. The stairs up to the loft are the spiral stairway type (nearly a ladder!)...but the "fold out of the wall" bed downstairs was perfectly comfortable and the bathroom is downstairs if you aren't a big fan of the steps. We enjoyed our stay!

Great getaway

Great getaway weekend for the holiday. Modern interior, property owners were quick to respond and very helpful. The condo came complete with all of the little necessities such as blow dryer, completely furnished kitchen, murphy bed, wifi, etc... This was such a pleasant surprise! Perfectly located across from Holiday Valley and close to town. Highly recommend.

Awesome Little Condo Close to the Slopes!

Our second time staying here. Both during the Holiday Valley Beer and Wine Festival. The owner is very responsive and will answer any questions you may have right away! The place is always kept very clean for our arrival and stocked with some extra kitchen items and towels in case we forgot anything. The appliances and furnishings are very modern for that condo complex. Wifi and cable TV were easy to access with a helpful notebook included (even providing information about the area). Everything you need for a getaway is included and the location is within walking distance to both the resort and town (though we opted to take the free shuttle). Thanks again for the great stay! Looking forward to our next visit.

Great property & great customer service!

This property was rented out by 4 guests attending the Ellicottville Fall Fest. This property was clean/well-maintained and in a great location. Angela was very friendly and easy to work with and responded to me in a timely manner when I had questions. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Clean and cozy!

The condo was perfect for what I needed it for! I had a weekend trip down with my boyfriend and it was prefect distance for walking to the brewery, shops, restaurants, etc. . It was a short drive to the aerial park for zip lining, great location! The condo was very clean and cozy, lots of space for cooking and lounging for the two of us. AC kept it very comfortable for the 90 degree weekend. Would love to come back and try out this location in the winter months!

Perfect Location and Easy Access to everything

Visited for the first time with my family and 11 year old son. It was a great location for some bike riding in the mountains, hiking, golfing, walking and shopping in the little shops downtown Ellicottville. We didn't use the car all week and pretty much walked everywhere for the first time in a while, town was about 10-15 min away depends on who's walking ;-). My son had some golf lessons at a great price for youth golfers and it doesn't hurt that you can walk to the driving range in 4 min and the golf course in 10. The Tree-Top Adventure is something to experience first-hand, WOW is all that can be said. The location is great, place was clean and had everything we needed. We also found some farmer stands with fresh produce down the road which was great. We will be back and would recommend this to anyone for a weekend, week or maybe a whole month if you have the time. Thanks again...

Great Place and Location

My husband and I stayed here for a week with a couple of friends. The place was great! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Holiday Valley is right across the street, we enjoyed the golfing, tree-top adventure course, and the pools. The downtown is only a 15 minute walk away with tonnes of restaurants, bars and shoppes. The owners were easy to deal with and made the whole rental experience seamless. We will definitely be back again soon.

Clean, well kept and close to Holiday Valley, can walk to town in 1 hour. We took our dog, was a very pet-friendly area!! The ONLY draw back - there is a very steep stairway to access the upstairs loft for sleeping. We just stayed down on pull-out. Friendly and helpful owners. Would stay again.
