This 6 bedroom + home is in the estate area of Wolfeboro, NH on a beautiful cove within walking distance to town. The house is well maintained inside with clean country/contemporary decor. The kitchen works for a large crowd or an intimate evening at home. For a fun ride to the lower level play area, there is a fire pole in the mudroom. The lower level play area has a giant screen TV with comfortable seating, a pool table, and room to play. This is also the location of the 6th bedroom with a queen and twin bed. There is a full bathroom on this level as well. And if you must, you can take the stairs instead of the fire pole. There are 4 private bedrooms upstairs and a loft area with two twin beds. Three of the rooms have Queen beds, and two of these have an extra twin bed. The master has a King sized bed. A first floor bedroom suite with a view of the lake has its own full bathroom. A porch with comfortable clean furniture is the perfect place to read a book in the summer and fall. The deck is large and extends the living space to the outdoors. Sunny lawn reaches down to the clear water in front of this shingle style home. This is a place to have fun or relax in the beautiful lakes of New Hampshire.

We were celebrating a milestone birthday with two other couples and our three adult aged children. This was the perfect location in every way. The house was magnificent - everyone had their own private space when needed and there were multiple gathering spaces around the house - plenty of room! And the place was stocked - not all did they have everything you could ever need, but usually two or three options. Great for cooking or grilling (clean grill - yay!) family meals. Oh yeah - the view - priceless! Breakfast or happy hour - the view was the star - wide water view with the mountains in the background. Location was also great - near downtown Wolfeboro in a quiet community. Walking trails across the street helped burn off calories. And the hosts (Ann and sister) could not have been better - very responsive (although we had no issues) and super nice folks. This couldn't have been any better.
Great house and location! Perfect place to stay for a large group - each bedroom is spacious and has their own bathroom (except for 1, which shares). The location is also great - a short drive into town. We couldn't have been happier with the rental house. The owner was GREAT in terms of recommendations and responsiveness. Highly recommend this house!
Third year renting lakefront @ Winni (first time in Wolfeboro; previously closer to Governors Island) and best House yet. Ann and her family were terrific to interact with and took care of our every want / need. The main level of the house has a great layout with views of the lake no matter if you’re cooking in the kitchen, eating afterwards or relaxing on the couch (or deck) after that. Dock / boathouse has everything you want / need for fun on the lake and we rented a pontoon boat for the week as well which was easy to dock @ their dock. The bedrooms & bathrooms were plentiful for big groups and we also used the finish basement quite a bit as well (big movie screen and some fun tables like ping pong, etc). We like exploring different parts of the lake but it will be very hard not to rebook The Tea House.

Fabulous Family Vacation
Perfect place for our family ranging in age from 10 months to 72 years. Swimming, kayaking, fishing, beautiful sunsets, eagle flying by, loons calling to us. House has plenty of room inside for whole family meals and small group activities. Lower level games, ping pong, foosball, air hockey were hits with all ages. Bedrooms are private and very comfortable. Loved every minute. The kids were asking us when we could come back.

Could not have asked for anything more
Our trip was fantastic for a number of reasons. First, Ann was fantastic and extremely attentive. She answered all of my questions and worked with me and my family on several logistical details for our Columbus Day Weekend rental. No email ever went more than 24 hours without a response. During our stay, the refrigerator malfunctioned and Ann answered her phone, drive to the house, unlocked a portion of the house not included with the rental, retrieved another, smaller fridge, cleaned it, and helped us move it into the pantry before any of our food spoiled. We could not have asked for a more gracious lessor. As for the house itself, the pictures do not do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful on a low-traffic road with fantastic sunset views. The downstairs is great for kids and the bedrooms are extremely comfortable. The first floor has wide windows with ample exposure to the lake. It was about 6 minutes to drive into town for anything we needed, including a pharmacy. In summary, I'm rating my experience as five stars only because there is no option to give more. If you are even remotely considering a Winnepesaukee / Wolfeboro rental, you are doing yourself a disservice by not seriously considering this property.

The best rental ever!
Our adult only stay in Wolfeboro was everything we could have asked for. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to have some great meals. Nice grocery stores close by and a fantastic meat market for our grilling needs.
The views as you walk in are spectacular and Ann made us feel so welcome. The breezes through the open windows - perfect!
We even had one adult who loved the fire pole.
We will be back!

Beautiful, Comfortable, Clean
For the last five years, we've rented different houses on Winnepesaukee, and this one was the best yet! The back porch had an unbeatable lake view, and the porch furniture was clean, comfortable, and usable. The entrance to the lake from the dock was easy to navigate, and everyone enjoyed swimming and kayaking. I appreciated the large, separate kitchen and dining tables--one table always inevitably becomes covered in games-in-progress! It was also pleasing to stay some place where the kitchen didn't seem to be stocked with castoffs, but rather had all the cookware and utensils one would actually use to cook. The fire pole & game room (ping pong tournments!) were great fun. The owners made us all feel very welcome. A++ would rent again.
