Beautiful view of ocean located on the 2nd floor of an older Florida home sitting at the edge of the ocean. One bedroom, king size bed and sleep sofa and bath and completely furnished. Just bring your clothes. Laundry facilities on property. Swimming pool, new beach. Restaurants, shopping, lots of golfing, public beach 1.5 miles away one direction and 2 miles the other direction. Plain old fashion relaxing. Recently remodeled. No pets allowed. Check in after 2 pm and check out 10 am.

Beautiful view
We had stayed on Venice Beach December 2023 and had a wonderful experience that we wanted to come back. We found this little condo right on the beach for a fair price. The view was awesome. We saw dolphins, manatees, and caught some fun fish. Our property host was great. Marsha was quick to respond and very kind and assisted us when we needed her. I highly recommend her and her condo. The small critique we have is that there’s a musky odor in the condo, it is an older building and right on the water, and the cleaning staff could pay closer attention to the details when cleaning. Overall it was a perfect getaway that we were looking for and all the restaurants and shopping places are close by. We would totally book it again😃

Bungalow at the beach
What a great location. You can't beat the view of the Gulf. It was almost like we had our own little beach. The condo had everything we needed and the Gulf front patio was literally a few steps away from the water. The two pines and the barrier rocks gave it a real nice rustic vibe. We hope to get back someday.

Great ocean view
Nice location and beautiful ocean views and beach! Place is clean but could use a few upgrades. Was disappointed that the hot tub was not working and the gas grill was rusty and needed maintenance man to light.

The only thing positive about our stay was the deck facing the gulf. Everything else about the property was very, very disappointing.

Beach Vacation
The place was very clean inside and out. It had everything we needed. The A/C worked great it was over 100F everyday we were there. The property was peaceful and not crowded. We used the swimming pool several evenings and it was nice and clean. The on site laundry was a great feature. The beach is in your front yard and steps away. We fished and swam everyday. The location is close to area restaurants. The place is very nice we will return.

Location is everything
The location is amazing!! That's really all that matters. Lots of things to use like towels and kitchenware, paper products, which is rare, and even some beach floats. Loved sunsets in the hot tub. Tons of turtles and gulf life. The remote for the TV in the bedroom didn't work very well, and the bedding for the pull-out left lint on everything, but those were are pretty minor issues. Thanks!

Sunset on the Beach
If you are looking for a 5-star resort, please keep scrolling. If you are looking for fantastic sunsets on a beautiful beach surrounded by sea turtle nests within steps of the beautiful waters of the gulf, then this is your spot! This is a small comfortable gulf front apartment within steps of a beautiful beach. The place is secure, clean, the kitchen is well stocked with good cooking equipment and the balcony provides an endless view of the gulf. The king size bed in the one bedroom was very comfortable. Property amenities include a small pool, hot tub and outdoor grills and cooking area. The owner is great to communicate with and was very responsive. Overall a wonderful trip with our 5 year old!

The water pressure was so low we barely had stream enough to shower. Also the hot and cold would vary during the shower. This was after we called the maintenance man to come and hopefully get the shower to turn on. The entire shower unit needs to be replaced as when we tried to turn the shower on we had to pull out with all our might to even get the water going. Showers were very difficult to take and the tub was very narrow and shelves to put soaps/shampoos were too narrow to hold the bottles. The shower doors were broken as was the towel wrack in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain and counter area around the sink too narrow to put anything on it. The shower mat on the floor was also dirty as was the rug in the master bedroom. These made you feel like the unit had not been cleaned properly

You can reach out and touch the beach!
The location makes this place! You are literally steps from the water. Beautiful view. Nice homey feel to the development. Perfect size for a couple. Kitchen was nicely equipped. We use the microwave, Stove, oven, blender, and coffee maker. A lot of places don’t have salt, pepper and coffee filters. This place does. Everything you need. We will stay again.

My husband and his friend spent the week fishing, they didn't catch much but they had an awesome time! Everyone was friendly, they spoke with Peanut the maintenance man daily. Everything was just as it was described in the listing. They hardly left the beach as they said, " Why leave its perfect right there."

Great location
Beachfront location and fully equipped kitchen! Unit is small but great for a couple. We struggled with space a bit as a family of 4 but the ample space on the beach remedied that. The unit had a couple broken items (door blinds wouldn’t work in bedroom, biggest burner on stove didn’t work, noisy toilet). My husband made the owner aware but he said people break them so often he wasn’t interested in fixing them. That was a bit of a bummer since the unit is a little pricey. It was still worth it though, and we still overall enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again in one of their larger units.

Perfect no frills beach stay
Great little place the view and access to the beach are amazing. Place was clean which isn't as easy to do steps from the beach. Not a lot in the way of cleaning supplies or toiletries so if your staying more than a couple days get paper towels toilet paper ect. Perfect size for my wife and our 3 year old boy and myself. We intended to get there and stay at the beach and that's exactly what we did.

Small but with great view
We really enjoyed our stay and you cannot beat the view from the upper balcony. Steps to the beach was convenient with dolphin, manatee and shore bird sightings during our stay. A couple of minor drawbacks included having a smoker on a shared balcony, shower that did not drain well and a bit of a musty smell initially that was solved by candles and keeping the patio door open. Overall we spent most our time outside and enjoyed our time on Manasota Key.
