This wonderful two bedroom, two bath condominium enjoys awesome views of the Bay of Banderas. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage from your private balcony overlooking the beach and bay.

This property features 2 ensuite bedrooms.

The the Master Bedroom features a King Size, in-suite bathroom, air conditioned and a large closet.

The Guest room offers 1 King Size bed which can split in 2 single and air conditioned. Conveniently located next to this room, there is a bathroom with shower.

The kitchen has a toaster, blender, cook top, oven and everything needed for you to cook a gourmet dinner.

Living room features TV, cable, DVD and CD players. This home is a real treat and you will completly enjoy your time here. Puerto Vallarta is one of the jewels of the west coast of Mexico.

Condominio La Palapa also features a great rooftop pool and sundeck area, and the well known La Palapa Restaurant on the main floor, offering upscale casual open air dining and beach club service.

This lovely condo is available for short or long term rentals. It is located on one of the most popular beaches in Vallarta, Playa Los Muertos, and boasts beautiful views of Puerto Vallarta and the Banderas Bay. You will be situated within minutes of Downtown Vallarta and some of the most popular restaurants in town. Take a short walk to the Rio Cuale Island and Municipal Flea Market to enjoy a day of shopping. Or walk to the bus line which can take you anywhere in the city you might want to explore.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. Under construction!!

This place would’ve been perfect for my family and I had it not been for the demolition of the condo right next door (of which we shared the same wall). The construction (jack hammering, drilling, pounding, etc) began at 9 AM and continued until 5 PM every day that we were there except Sunday. We complained and nothing was done. Although, we were given the impression from the management that they were doing something and that they “took the matter seriously” and yet they did nothing. On the last day, the owner did come by and offered to give us a free boat ride. We were headed to the airport when he did this. So needless to say, we were incredibly disappointed. We were unable to enjoy the condo with our children when we needed a break from the sun and water. Highly do not recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation. The construction in the overall building is supposed to last from May to October 2024. I have a picture of the sign.

Great location

Great view of the ocean. Nice area, not so crowded and loud. Felt safe with guard on duty 24hrs. Pool is being renovated for 3 months, says that im the description. We inquired about another pool we could use. The owner said they would look into day passes for us, but she/he never did. Which is fine but they did have to get our hopes up and make us wait so long to not recua response. Javier, the manager, was very responsive and met all of our needs that he could im a timely manner. Overal, great location, nice home. Would recommend

Lovely Condo

Me my husband and two teenage girls had a fabulous time at this condo! It’s well equipped and the set up was perfect for the four of us. Everything was comfortable from the living room furniture to the beds. There is no AC in the main area but it was not a problem with the nice ocean breeze. We didn’t need it. The wifi was intermittent. Patio and view are awesome! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location, super pool area, two bedroom condo, large living room and great balcony. Unit was clean and great maid service however owner needs to do maintenance on fans and electrical outlets. We had to have three fans replaced while we were there and the lights never did work correctly on them. Hopefully maintenance will be upgraded as we sure do want to rent this condo again.

It was a very clean condo and it had everything we needed for our stay. The view is spectacular and everything is walking distance. The pool was great and refreshing. The staff are all very friendly, attentive and welcoming. This was our second time vacationing in this building and will come again!!!

Awesome place and service

We look forward to returning to this property. The space was perfect for us and my mother-in-law; we each had privacy and a place to socialize. The breeze kept the place comfortable with no need for AC (except at night when we didn’t want to leave does open) even in the upper 80s F. Conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and of course the beach. Staff was attentive and check-in and check-out and throughout the stay.
