Work or Play this is your Home Away

This is a newly renovated private studio above our garage. It has a key less private entry. Plenty of parking. There is also a balcony that overlooks our backyard that has a pond! We live in the house next door and are there is you need ANYTHING at all or to answer any questions you may have! We live within walking distance to stores and restaurants! There is also a nice park 5 min drive away! This studio is 20 min away from New Era Field and 20 Min drive from the City of Buffalo! Niagara Falls (a MUST SEE) is approximately 40 min drive! The village of East Aurora that is very quaint and has a lot of nice shops and a variety of places to eat is located 18 min away! We look forward to you staying with us!!

Totality Solar

We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area.

Just what we needed

Good location to our family reunion

Unit nice overall & large. Couple who own property were very pleasant to interact w. One suggestion we have is to remove the outlet room freshener items. Scent very strong for our liking - we removed during our stay to help minimize the smell. Also, bec of unit location near rather busy road, we recommend that travelers bring some type of noise cancellation device. Our portable fan seemed to do the trick in conjunction w something they provided in the room. Otherwise, the space felt comfortable & well equipped w items. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect place for our trip

We found the property to be exactly as stated and it was perfect for our needs. The location is close to grocery, gas and restaurants and part of a nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of windows made it bright and cheerful.

Perfect Location

The studio apartment was simply outstanding! The host left us wanting or needed anything! The home was super clean, and very modern! I would stay again in a heartbeat! Super quiet and extremely private. Also, the home is far from shopping on Transit Boulevard.

NIAGARA FALLS VISIT

Although it was a distance from Buffalo it was a great decision. Safe, quiet and clean neighborhood. Queen bed was very comfy! We would add to the list of restaurants they provided River Grill in Tonawanda. Friday and Saturday nights with music, on the water, we felt right at home! Fun place good eats! If you are visiting the Falls save yourself the time and visit them from Canada. So many more activities to do and Falls didn't disappoint. Easy check in and out and host family was so sweet! Definitely would book again.

Great stay

We had a relaxing quiet couple get-away. The studio was clean, comfortable and spacious. It had what we needed. We had good communication from the hostess. I appreciated the water bottles bedside and a few snacks available, if needed. The kitchen had most of what we needed for meal prep except kitchen knives. There were air fresheners and fragrance products in use, those with sensitivity might take note. All in all a great time away!
