Lynwood villas is a large semi-detached house. The house has been tastefully decorated throughout and has a large sunny garden. Because the house faces west you get sun right into the evening. The house is situated 10-15 minute walk to Weybridge station which has regular direct trains into London Waterloo, reaching London within 23-40 minutes. The houses ideal location allows you to walk to various shops and restaurants and is also closely located to a bus stop.

On the ground floor the house has a lovely bright open plan kitchen and living area with two sets of bifold doors which makes it perfect for summer afternoons. There is a lovely garden to enjoy with outside seating and a BBQ. In the chilly winter the house is warmly heated by underfloor heating and has a cozy gas fireplace in the living area. The kitchen has all relevant appliances e.g. fridge, freezer, induction hob etc. There is also a separate utility room with basin, washer and dryer and an additional tv room or playroom on the ground floor. The playroom is filled with fun toys for children to play with and there is a trampoline and other outdoor games for the kids to play with.

The first floor has 3 double bedrooms with wardrobe space. One of the bedrooms has an on-suite bathroom and the other two share a large bathroom with shower, basin and bath. Weybridge is conveniently located to many exciting tourist attractions for example Brooklands Museum, Mercedes-Benz World, Painshill Park, Garsons farm and many wonderful outdoor parks and woodlands. Others such as Hampton Court, Lego Land, Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventures and the race courses of Kempton Park, Sandown and Ascot are just a very short drive away. Wimbledon is a short direct train from Weybridge. There are many National Trust properties within easy reach from Weybridge.

Weybridge itself is a lovely town. Filled with numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, chemists and banks. It is conveniently located close to other popular towns like Esher, Wolton, Cobham and Kingston. Kingston just a short drive away has a large shopping mall.

Weybridge is located along the river thames and beautiful river Way so has many beautiful outdoor walks to offer. It is also surrounded by many woodlands to explore.
