The Beach House is a luxury home designed to immerse the guest in a Key West-style vacation. Conveniently located 1 block from Gulfport’s Main street and a 4 block walk from Gulfport's beach. Boasting a 900 sf home and enclosed patio, private backyard, Gas Grill, and campfire pit this vacation home will provide memories for your lifetime.
Fully remodeled in 2018 with all new appliances, furniture, fixtures, and incidentals. This is one of the most luxurious accommodations in Gulfport.
Guests will experience a great night's sleep with a queen memory foam bed in the master bedroom and a hybrid memory foam coil bed in the guest bedroom. Beds are fitted with high thread count sheets wrapped in a luxurious down comforter, 4 medium density pillows, throw blankets as well as plugs, USB ports, and reading lights at the bedside. The Master Bedroom has a partial view of the water 4 blocks down the street as well as blackout blinds.
The Beach House can accommodate 6 adults. 2 adults per bedroom, and 2 Adults on the queen sleeper sofa with a 2" memory foam topper. This bed is also fitted with 550+ thread count sheets and is promised to deliver a great night's sleep. The Master Bedroom has a partial view of the water as well as blackout blinds.
All guests are required to register with software after the reservation has been booked.
At any time we have the right to request copies or have the guest go through a Government ID and picture verification process for the cardholder who made the booking. Guests agree to the Guest Rental Agreement published on all booking platforms and the website by paying for the booking.
Please note, that we reserve these holidays for our maids: On Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas day, Check-In and Check-Outs are not allowed unless a special exception is made. These days are blocked from checking in or checking out from the calendar, if for some reason they are not blocked and you book a Check-In or Check-Out on these dates, you agree to delete or alter your reservation to abide by these black-out dates.
We do not allow Saturday Check-In or Check-Out. If there is already a Check-Out Scheduled for Saturday then you can Check-In on a Saturday. You agree that even if the system allows you to book a Check-In or a Check-Out on a Saturday you will alter or cancel your reservation to abide by this rule.
There is an early disclosure discount fee of $10.00 for each overnight guest more than 4 that stay at the property per night, this includes infants and children. If the correct number of guests is not disclosed by check-in then the fee will be increased to $20 per night per guest over 4. All check-ins are reviewed by security cameras on the exterior of the property.
There is a linen fee of $20 for use of additional bedding including the fold-out couch.
The kitchen comes stocked with dishware and cups to spare, a 14-piece cooking set, baking pans, spices, coffee maker, sugar cream, coffee, blender, toaster, plenty of towels, and cooking utensils. Washer, dryer, detergent provided.
Sit back and relax in the spacious enclosed patio with an oscillating fan while you barbecue your meals on your own grill in your private dog-friendly enclosed backyard.
You will be provided with beach towels for use at the beach and can rent beach chairs & umbrellas upon request.
To ensure the security of our guests we have fitted the property with 10 motion sensor lights, 8 security cameras, and 4 microphones at the doorways of the property. All check in's will be reviewed via security cameras.
To ensure the comfort of our guests we have provided central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. The water is purified through a whole house filter and de-scaler.
The Beach House is a two-bedroom one-bath with a full kitchen stocked with everything you need for a thanksgiving dinner. You can enjoy the outdoors in the large enclosed patio. Your dog will enjoy a private enclosed yard just for them. The beach house has a two-car driveway and plenty of street parking in a well-lit safe area.
You can also rent another 2 bedrooms one bath Luxury unit called the "Wine Cellar" next which can sleep up to an additional 6 guests.
Gulfport Beach is a hidden treasure in south St Pete. We have our own beach on the inter-coastal with professional volleyball courts on white sand. You can just see the beach down the street if you look from the bedroom window or the front of the home. Wood Ibis Park has a scenic lake walk one block from the house. Our Main street is full of shops, restaurants, breweries, and bars. We are two blocks off the main street in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Plenty of private parking and street parking. You will walk to everything once you get here. We have two markets one block from the home. The Gulfport strip is one block away so you don't have to worry about walking too far to get to the fun.
Each reservation will be charged a one-time $50.00 Administrative Fee.
Cancellations will incur a minimum $150.00 fee and will abide by the OTA cancellation policy and the guidelines.
All Guests are charged a $50.00 Management fee.
"Pet Fee" on all booking applications are referring to dogs. All other animals must be discussed with property management for approval. There will be a 700 pet fee for any other animal brought onto the property other than dogs.

The Beach House is a 2 bedroom one bath vacation home where you can relax with your friends and family for any occasion. The home sleeps 4 in two queen-size beds plus another two in a queen-size sleeper sofa with a 2" memory foam topper. The fifth and sixth guests will require additional fees.
