SoulShine Inn - Pets welcome-Fully fenced backyard-Relaxed cancelation <br>

Located in the heart of Harbor Country, Union Pier, Lakeside, Sawyer, Harbert, Bridgeman, Three Oaks, and Michigan City, Indiana.
Near vineyards, wineries, breweries, and distilleries. New Buffalo beach and boat ramp, other beaches, including Dunes State parks and the National Lake Shore Park are all near.
SoulShine Inn is a modest two bedroom Inn with a queen size bed in each. Vaulted ceiling,full kitchen and patio with a grill, fully fenced back yard and fire pit . Wireless internet and cable TV. No smoking please.

Over twenty restaurants and six antique shops within ten minutes. Five minutes to New Buffalo Beach and boat ramp. Kayak or paddle board up the Galien River. Boat, Waverunner rentals are available on Lake Michigan. Golfing, casinos, and hiking, all within a 10 minute drive. An easy walk to Davids Deli, unique shops, grocery, library, and pharmacy, bike and beach rental. Ample free parking. We may have room for boat parking as well.
Amtrak from Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland.

Both bedrooms are on the main level. There are five steps up to the front door. The loft is available with a queen size inflatable mattress. There is an attached latter to access the loft. It is a bit steep. Pictures are included above.

Interaction with Guests

We have a keypad to allow arrival flexibility .You can contact us via text or email. We live a few doors down the street if you are in need of immediate help.

The Neighborhood

Our home is a mile from the beach. A ten minute walk will get you to the marina or to town.

Great little place!
Our stay at soulshine inn was lovely. The only regret is that it was too chilly to enjoy the cute backyard space. Very clean and comfortable.

Perfect winter getaway spot
This was our second time staying at this property and it was great! We just came for a quick weekend getaway and this was perfect for us. The location is great - a really easy drive from Chicago and a good New Buffalo location. We did not bring our dogs, but we love that the place is dog-friendly. The yard space is GREAT and the rest of the house is cozy, clean and comfortable. We had no issues at all and will definitely stay again! Thank you.

Cute, Comfortable and Cozy Cottage
I finally got to stay in this lovely cottage after admiring it online for years. I felt so welcome and everything my dog and I needed was there. So relaxing I rarely left. Enjoyed the fenced backyard; perfect for reading, knitting, eating, and enjoying some wine. My dog, Bella, and I enjoyed walking to Oink’s almost daily to get ice cream. Did a little shopping at the little stores on the way to the public beach. All in all, a fabulous stay. I highly recommend it and plan to go again!

The property was very homey and clean! The backyard was closed in so we didnt have to worry about the dog. Very happy with this stay! The owner was very kind and responded quickly. She was very nice.

Great house! Especially if you have dogs
This house was even better than I expected. Everything we needed was there. And it was so close to everything. We walked to a lot of our meals and activities. It was cozy, but we were able to have privacy by going into a closed bedroom or in the backyard. I woke up earlier than everybody else, and was able to work in the kitchen on my laptop without waking up anybody. I was worried that the loft would not be usable, but one of my kids immediately claimed it and it was perfect. The fenced in backyard was amazing. My dogs were able to enjoy their vacation too. I will definitely go back!

Soulshine inn is exactly as advertised. It is a charming space conveniently located walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We got to bring our family dog on his first vacation! Debra is so easy to work with! Definitely will be back.

Tiny place, but had everything I needed. Furnished perfectly to be comfortable, both inside and out. Location is wonderfully close to everything, walk to beach. Pretty neighborhood with mature trees, enjoyed my daily walks with my little dog. Debra was responsive to any questions I had, but I didn't have many because everything was self explanatory!

Great house!
The house was small, but oh so cute! If I were single, I'd love to live there. We were disappointed that so many of the mom and pop restaurants were closed, but COVID didn't help that situation. The back yard was very secure and safe for our 4-legged family members. We all enjoyed the fire pit! I can highly recommend this spotless rental!

Great stay in New Buffalo
Our family of 3 + 2 dogs all had a wonderful stay at the SoulShine Inn! The property is so convenient to nearby restaurants and attractions. The house is SO well appointed with everything you need and then some! The Inn has a great, updated feel and is super comfortable. The outdoor setting feels very private and we loved making s'mores in the outdoor fireplace (which is very cool) - and firewood and s'mores ingredients were all provided!!. Debra is the best host you could ask for! She was very prompt responding to the questions we had and we really appreciated the friendly and clear communications throughout the entire booking process and stay. Top notch all around - Thanks!

We had an amazing stay at Soulshine Inn. The location was great and walking distance to restaurants, hiking trails, breweries and beaches. The backyard was completely fenced and safe for our 2 dogs. The owners were great, very responsive and helpful with suggestions. We will definitely be back!

Nice little comfy home close to everything
We enjoyed our stay at the SoulShine Inn. It was clean and the beds were comfy. It was nice to see all the little touches they put in the home to make it feel cozy for visitors. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas and fire pit. We spent most of our time outside and enjoyed the birds and squirrels that would pop in to visit. Debra was quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had. They even delivered more fire wood to us when I asked where we could purchase more. The best part was we weren’t far from Oink’s, the Dutch ice cream place, which we visited two nights in a row! Thank you for helping to make our Girls’ trip a memorable one!

My husband and I loved our first stay in this darling spot so much we came back. It’s within walking distance of downtown New Buffalo but a nice, quiet neighborhood. The fenced-in backyard is lovely and all the thoughtful little details (nightlights, overhead fan, beach chairs) were much appreciated. Just a delightful time. Hope we can return!

Relax at the Soulshine Inn
This property is just what we needed to rejuvinate ourselves. Cute little house that has all the amenities and the backyard is so inviting. House is close to New Buffalo shops and restaurants plus Oinks ice cream (yum!). For a relaxing getaway, this place is it!

Love the Lake Life
We had a great time at this property! It's clean, comfy, and just right for an escape from the day-to-day. It's proximity to town (especially ice cream) is great, and it's super easy to get to beaches, as well! We had a wonderful time!
