Spend days at the beach, walk to the Jetty or go for a coffee or lunch in town. This spacious 4x2 brand new home will provide your family with all the holiday conveniences so you can spend more time relaxing while on your well deserved holiday break.
The home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. You will be comfortable all year round with Ducted Air conditioning and heating throughout the whole home.
The open plan living room is a place you can sit, chat & relax or watch some TV while the kids enjoy their own space in the separate activity room. With unlimited WIFI even the teenagers will be satisfied with this great family entertainer.
The kitchen provides everything you will need to prepare & cook the family meal.
The private back yard is fully enclosed for your children play with a divine outdoor undercover kitchen with in build BBQ. This makes BBQing all year round possible.

Basic Guest starter kit supplied (approx 2 days worth of toilet paper, kitchen supplies etc)

HOUSE RULES
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 4 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
-Host is available until 8pm most nights. Please do not call after hours unless an emergency. After 8pm host available via message only to private phone number until 9:30pm. Noise restrictions apply after 9pm weekdays and after 10pm weekends.

Excellent

Particularly nice property, 6 adults stayed and it was very comfortable. Beautiful outdoor area & gardens well maintained , kitchen very well equiped, 3 seperate lounge areas a bonus If I had to find a negative it would be that the lounge in the main living area could have been more comfortable, bit low to the ground and a module so not that good for multiple people to utilise Having said that it was a great house, nice to find a property so clean

Perfect getaway

What a beautiful home. The location was good although on a busy street but once inside couldn’t hear the traffic. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property highly rated

Pictures of this property online don’t do it justice. It’s a homely modern home, kitchen fitted out with essentials and so much more! You name it, it’s there. We had an absolute blast. We had our 2 little girls with us and they also had plenty of fun. They watched Netflix everyday with unlimited wifi. Thank you so much for having us, highly recommend this property!

Home away from home

The stay was amazing, as soon as you enter you are drawn in with the comfort and feeling at home. The house was exceptionally clean and provided with all the amenities needed for your stay away. Highly recommended. Would definitely book again.

Awesome for a weekend girls trip!

Absolutely loved this stay, the house was well decorated and felt very homey! Located on the highway getting in and out as a little tricky at times and unfortunately the bbq lights weren’t working meaning we couldn’t use the outdoor space as much as we would’ve liked to (but due to cold weather we spent most of our time indoors anyway!). However overall it was a lovely stay and would definitely come back again.

Amazing Stay

This property is as seen in the photos with a well stocked kitchen and a great outdoor barbeque area. The property is also located within walking distance from the famous Busselton Jetty. Would definitely stay here again.

WOW - What an incredible stay

We had the pleasure of staying for nights. The house is absolutely stunning and will take your breath away. Not only that, it feels super homely with the most modern touches. I was VERY impressed with how well stocked the house was with everything you need, pans, pots, serving boards, wine glasses, plastic containers, mixing bowls etc.. the list goes on. It was like being in your own home. The house is incredibly large and spacious. The backyard was my favorite with the beautiful outdoor entertaining area! Next time we are heading to Busselton again, we will be booking this house. Looking forward to staying again. Thank you for an incredible stay. Ps. for anyone who is pretty big on comfortable beds, I can will vouch and say it was the PERFECT balance of hard and soft!
