This 7 bedroom, 5.5 bath Crystal Beach Villa is the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation! Renew your senses under swaying palm trees in one of Destin's largest back yards. This home features 3 stories, nearly 4,000 sqft. of exceptional living space with grand balconies offering sweeping views of Crystal Beach. Crystal Gem's spacious backyard features a large 25ft x 11ft heated pool**, spacious patio, and six foot privacy fence. The extra large driveway can hold up to 8 vehicles. Small dogs are allowed at this house so please inquire about our pet policy and fees.

Crystal Gem is only a 3 minute 400 ft walk to the world famous Destin beach. We even have a seasonal beach chair and umbrella setup for you at the beach.** Starbucks, Publix, Whole Foods, dining, family entertainment and much more is less than a mile away.

Relax in one of three living rooms. There is plenty of luxurious seating and lounge chairs out back for everyone in your group along. Entertainment is provided with high speed wifi and over 1000 free programs on the Smart TVs.

Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest!

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

**Pool can be heated from October 1 - May 30 for an additional daily fee. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival**

Crystal Gem is located just a few steps from the beach and is a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Walk or cycle to the Destin Commons featuring bowling, theaters, premium shopping and several award winning restaurants. The 4 Star Henderson Spa is just a few blocks away along with several options in beach front dining. The Destin Harbor, water park, golf, adventure parks and more are just a short drive down the road.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding!

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. 2 pets max. No aggressive breeds allowed. $300 flat pet fee. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
