The design of this modern home includes multiple levels that would work well for privacy for a family with older children or a few couples traveling together. Home features 3 bedrooms, 2 with King sized mattresses and private bathrooms. The third sleeping space is located on the third level in the loft and features a queen sleeper sofa. Bedrooms are modernly designed, functional and feature new linens and bedding.

While there are hundreds of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away, there is a brand new fully equipped kitchen with all necessary culinary items, modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops for those wanting to prepare a meal and dine in. Clean, Comfortable and Cozy

Pride in ownership was evident throught the property. Furnishings not only looked good but were actually comfortable. It didn't feel like a cold rental but like you were visiting friends. The townhouse was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was close to CSU campus and many restaurants and bars but it was a quiet place to sleep. Parking was also a plus. Although we had a small difficulty with the code for entry, we were given a new code and all was well. Couldn't reccommend this townhouse enough and will stay here again if our student attends CSU.

Fort Collins family visit.

Great location. Used the trails everyday! Short 2 block walk to entrance. Visited petting zoo in the trail. Went to nearby Estes Park for Elkfest 2023. Visited Blind Oig restaurant, Jax for seafood and Coopersmiths for steak night. Great visit. Location very convenient. Too walks in neighborhood as well. Rented bikes. Went to a Rockies game with the family. We also grilled outback one night which was fun!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable condo

Beautiful, clean condo. Quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and spacious, with nice furnishings throughout. Very well stocked. Close to the University and Old Town Ft. Collins. The manager was very responsive, kind, and professional. The notebook was very thorough, although needs some updating (more restaurants). All of us staying there were 65+ and all of the stairs, plus altitude, made it a bit difficult for some of us, although, the beautiful sunsets from the third story deck made it well worth it.

Awesome stay!

Awesome stay! Extremely clean property. Very well stocked, had everything on hand. Easily able to cook family meals with supplied cookware, utensils and basic staples (salt, oil, etc..) Very happy with location easy to walk to Old Town and very close to grocery, Target etc. 10/10

Thank you very much for the 100 dollar refund ...it was very nice of you to send. Not being able to get into the house and then not being able to reach anyone to help after a long day of traveling was a bit upsetting. We almost left to get a hotel, thank God we didn't . We were very pleased with the townhouse and would recommend it to every one.

CSU family

We stayed here when my son moved onto campus this fall for his first year at CSU. It was a great spot for us to prepare him for the move while enjoying the great city and surrounding area. Great spot, clean and accessible. Hopefully we will be staying there again when we visit. Thank you!

Great place in FOCO

We had a great time staying in FOCO visiting family. This was a perfect spot for all of us and plenty of room. Very modern, clean, and close to old town. Will definitely be back!

Graduation Weekend

This is the second time we have stayed at this home, and we love it! The accommodations are excellent - large open concept on the first floor with a wonder little patio off the back, second floor two large and comfortable bedrooms, and the bonus third floor which is also open concept living space with “comfy” pullout couch and an amazing deck that over looks the mountains. We watched the sunset on multiple nights, while enjoying the outdoor fireplace. Location is terrific - quick walk into town and local parks. We HIGHLY recommended this property!!!!!

Ideal Location

This townhouse was definitely 5 stars. We were there for a month and kept thinking we owned it because it came with everything we needed. Only needed to buy food! Walking distance to Old Ft. Collins and strolls along the river. Owners quick to respond to our questions. Would rent again.

Lovely place with nice furnishings. The only thing I would suggest would be to put blackout shades in all of the bedrooms/sleeping areas. There are very bright lights outside.

Beautiful condo close to town

I booked this place for an annual girls trip(25+years) and we were all blown away. The cleanliness, decor, location were top shelf. And, when we did have some questions, they were answered immediately and all problems were solved seamlessly. The only problem we had was that we didn’t get to stay longer. We will definitely be back!!!

Great townhome

This was a clean and updated townhome and the location was convenient for the Colorado Marathon which was why we came to Ft. Collins. It was great for a baby, 4 year old, 2 adults and a grandparent. We liked the rooftop patio! No complaints at all!

We love the location! We have stayed in this area many times. By far this was one of the nicest places we stayed ! We loved the extras in the cabinets. Came in handy when cooking ! Comfy beds ! Safe area - we never needed to put the alarm on ! Great TVs! Beautiful outdoor space! Communication with Kaitlyn was perfect ! We appreciate how quickly she was to respond! We travel to Fort Collins many times a year and we will be back for sure !

Fantastic week in Fort Collins

Our family stayed for 7 nights and explored Fort Collins, Boulder, Estes Park and many other spots - it was a memorable time that we will want to repeat. The property is beautiful and located so close to great restaurants and shopping in Old Town. The floor plan was perfect for togetherness but also having some separation after a long day of adventuring. We loved the kitchen which was so well equipped and the roof deck for having a glass of wine with the fireplace going. Thank you to the hosts for providing an exceptional experience for our family.

So perfect!

What lovely and spacious home! We had a great stay there with my boyfriend and his two daughters.. very fun! Great place to stay

We traveled here for my daughters softball tournament in Loveland. Great place to stay plenty of room for our family of six. Very close to downtown lots of good things within walking distance. Property came with full accommodations including shampoo conditioner laundry detergent and cooking utensils! Great stay. Property owner easy to work with!
