Downstairs laundryroom shared with two quiet UVM graduate school students. 15 min.walk/5 min bike to UVM, Champlain College campuses, 15 min. walk/5 min drive to downtown, 5-10 min. drive to Lake Champlain beaches, 10 mile waterfront bikepath, sailing, 30 min to mountains, hiking, exciting mountain gorges, water holes and more, 8 min drive to hospital, 15 min to airport. Dogs, cats negotiable.
