Oceanside California Beach Condo-Vacation Rental, 744 sq feet, sleeps 4, has a large & open kitchen & living room area with gas fireplace & bamboo hardwood floors throughout, great size master bedroom with a partial ocean view, desk/dressing table & tv cabinet & large closet, 1 jack & jill style bathroom with a door opening to the master bedroom and another door opening to a large alcove adjacent the kitchen with an extra queen size bed, ceiling fans in the master bedroom, alcove & the kitchen/living area, high speed internet, TVs & DVD player, shared courtyard with picnic tables & gas BBQ grills. No Smoking is allowed in the condo or the courtyard area & No Pets.
Only steps to the beach, come enjoy the beach, supplied with beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, wave boards, etc.
This condo is a perfect location for any vacationing family. Only 45 minutes to Disneyland, 30 minutes to Seaworld, and Legoland is only 10 minutes away.

Lovely and peaceful
The condo is located wonderfully close to the ocean, and we were able to get in a lot of walking on The Strand each day. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and snacks. The only downside was the amount of ambient light, even with the blinds closed. We enjoyed staying and recommend it for a quiet and peaceful holiday!

Great Place, Wonderful Hosts!
Hosts very accommodating and great communicators throughout the whole process of reservation, stay and checking out. VRBO is at a great location and easy access to beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this place again!

Beach vacation while visiting family.
This place was perfect! We drove 50 miles to visit family and could offer a meal/beach at our own condo. Location and amenities were great for us. Living space and kitchen spAcious light and airy. Thank you! I hope there will be an encore.

Perfectly located per the price. Having a direct view of the beach would be nice but they come at a much higher price. It’s 3 minutes to the beach with some partial views of the water. 9 minutes to the pier which has good fishing (no license needed) Facility is clean with an incredibly comfy two beds. Appliances are a bit funky but compliment the somewhat retro beach cottage vibe. Lots of space, esp in kitchen. Fairly quiet, the trains can be heard (but rarely whistles) and the neighbors are quiet, no barking dogs. Heard someone yelling outside at 1:30 once in two weeks. Parking was good too. Would def stay again.

Great place to stay by the beach
We loved this place! My husband & 1 year old son stayed there and we were all smitten. The beach is just 1 block away. You can see the beautiful blue water from the windows and hear the waves crashing. The layout of the apt was great too. We loved all the cpu tee space & how come the living room is. It’s a very chill neighborhood too. We liked that we could walk to the restaurants but we’re far enough away from them that we couldn’t hear the bustle of the main drag. We’ll definitely return. The owners were also super fast with all of their communications with us which was great appreciated. They seem like really lovely & kind people.

Perfect place
Love love love this condo and will definitely book again. It is very spacious and very close to the beach. There are lots of windows so always a nice breeze. The beds are very comfortable which is unusual. Kitchen has all the things you need Mike and Diane responded quickly but the only thing we needed was the WiFi. Loved the fact that they had beach chairs, toys, cooler. The only thing we needed was beach towels. Parking was also easy and plentiful, never an issue. Definitely going back and renting again.

Wonderfully maintained property, close to the beach!
My family enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The walk to the beach is easy, though we did have to walk a little further than we anticipated since the beach immediately down the street is all rock and no sand. But walking just a few minutes longer, closer to the pier, we found plenty of sand to enjoy the beach! Parking at the property was never a problem, we had the option of using the garage, one of the off street parking spaces, or using the street parking permit provided by the owners, so we never had to worry about finding somewhere to park! The courtyard at the condo was clean and well maintained, the hose outside was much appreciated to wash off all the sand my kids brought back with them. We really enjoyed our stay and are already thinking of when we can go back!

Our family has been vacationing in Oceanside for over 20 years now & we LOVE it! When this property became available we decided to purchase it with the idea that we could spend even more time enjoying the sand, surf & sun.

What makes this property unique

Located on the outskirts of San Diego County (the perfect weather year round) the condo is ideally situated between Los Angeles & San Diego so you can go either direction for amusement parks or sightseeing. Add the location... (only steps to a fun, sandy, surfing beach) and you have the perfect vacation spot!
