The condominium is located about 8 km from the Village of Porto de Galinhas and next to the Nannai Resort.

The condominium has a restaurant, Wi-Fi internet, cable TV, daily maid service and assembly of umbrellas and chairs on the beach, and the costs of these services are included in the monthly value of the condominium, not being passed on to guests.

The apartment has 50m2, being very airy because it is totally NASCENTE (Vila Beijupira). It has an architectural design with a high standard of comfort, a breathtaking view of a wonderful water park, and privacy (being on the third floor)

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 adults and 2 more children. It has 2 bedrooms (1 suite on the top floor with divider and 1 reversed room in dormitory equipped with split air conditioning and curtain with black-out) providing environments of extreme comfort.

The Gourmet Kitchen has espresso machine, refrigerator, cooktop, cooker hood, microwave oven, set of pots, various appliances (orange squeezer, sandwich maker, blender) wine opener, crockery, thermos, glasses, bowls, snack bars , platters etc plus mineral water in gelagua.

In addition to the condominium restaurant serving in the apartments, at the water park tables and at the beach support, guests can bring their own food and drinks to those spaces. For this, we offer cooler, ice buckets, cups, bowls and acrylic snacks.

The upstairs suite features a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning, blackout curtains, bedside table, 32 inch TV, divider separating the double bed from another bed with bunk bed and bunk bed, electric iron ironing board, hair dryer direct / indirect lighting, as well as a lock / key on the doors.

We provide bed linen (100% cotton) and bath (bath and beach towels) in addition to pillows.
The change of bed linen / bath will be made, when the stay exceeds 4 daily. This exchange will occur in the middle of the stay.

For babies, we provide cribs with mattress, baby stroller, pillows, blankets and sets of sheets for cot, bath and private reducing seat.

Bathrooms offer direct and indirect lighting options as well as modern furniture and fittings.

The large balcony has wonderful views to a spectacular water park. It has a round table with stools and a sofa with cushions.

The condominium has a restaurant / bar, convenience store, sports and tennis courts, games room (pool, table tennis and geek), playgrounds, gym / fitness, sauna, restrooms (at the water park, in the gym and sauna), maintenance service (in case there is a problem of electricity, plumbing etc.), cleaning service, as well as accommodation for drivers and maids that must be requested upon check in.

In relation to cleaning, at the time of the evaluation, the guest must take into consideration only the state as received the apartment. That's because the cleaning done by the host is that of the arrival. Daily cleaning offered by the Condominium is not charged to guests. This cleaning consists of cleaning the floor and bathrooms, as well as lining the beds and removing the garbage. Guests can request cleaning by placing the ballot at the door and / or calling to schedule the administration (extension 95) at the time convenient for them and according to the schedule followed by the Head of Housekeeping.
When guests are enjoying the wonderful beach, they can request a table with chairs and umbrellas at no additional cost.
The services offered by the Condominium are not charged to guests, and the host can not be held liable for any failure that may have occurred in their supply. If guests want a daytime service, they can hire directly (guest cost) by requesting the host depending on availability at the moment.

The condominium restaurant offers all meals with varied dishes and affordable prices. It serves in the apartments, in the pools and in the support of cork oaks and beach chairs.

In case the guest chooses to have breakfast in the condominium restaurant, the same is served at a cost of R $ 20.00 (half price for children from 6 to 12 years and free for minors). The restaurant operates from Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 to 19:30 or 20:00 and runs until 10:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays when there is more movement or scheduling. Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10:00. It is continental, as the photos show. If you need to have breakfast early, the guest can request that it be delivered to the apartment.
