For your best vacation, welcome to stay in our newly renovated and tastefully decorated condo for having a relaxed vacation !
Family with kids, young retired ( snow birds) or just couples who want to spend romantic moments, everybody is welcome.
Enjoy your vacation by relaxing in a bedroom with a king bed, an amazing pool view and a large walk-in closet. Amenities in the living room include a 50’’ flat TV, Netflix and cable, free unlimited wireless internet access, free unlimited longdistance telephone calls to US and Canada and two queen sofa beds. Full linens are provided and you will enjoy having your own washer and dryer.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated and a relaxing covered balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea. The bathroom is also newly renovated.
The condo is located on the second floor ,in a beautiful gated community, 10 minutes away by car from Clearwater Beach, voted # 1 beach in U.S. in 2013 and 2018.
You can enjoy water sports, fishing, boating and beach activities. If you want to explore Florida, it is 90 min away from the major attractions like Orlando Theme Parks ( Disney, Universal Studio, Sea world ), 45 min away from Bush Gardens and much more.
At the property, you can enjoy a large, beautiful heated swimming pool with salt water, a barbecue area, fitness center and an elegant clubhouse with business center and internet access.
Supermarket and good restaurants are within walking distance.

Clearwater Stay

This condo is just as advertised and was perfect for our needs. It is close enough to Tampa and the beaches but just far enough from the fray. Elena and Erwin were very communicative and a pleasure to deal with!

Great Place to Stay

This condo was as advertised!! The accommodations were definitely at the 5 star level and the owners were very response to our needs! Perfect location

The condo was exactly as described but with all the extras. Because of some health issues we prepare almost all of our meals here and it had everything we needed and more. The pool area was beautiful and also nearby. The Clearwater area is near everything and Publix was literally across the street. I loved that the entrance to the complex had a traffic light with a left turn arrow. The beach was about a 15 minute drive.

A perfect spot!

A clean and very comfortable condo in the middle of all the hot spots. Tampa, St Petersburg, Clearwater. Too many beaches to count and condo had all the beach items needed, chairs, floats. Really close to property pool. Clean, saltwater heated pool. Beautiful! Owners were great communicators, great instructions how to enter, where to park, how to get into condo. Comfortable bed, pillows, couches, blankets, beach towels...we needed nothing. Thanks for a great stay and would definitely return in the future.

Floridian At Heart

Frequently travel to Florida. I have rented many properties but this property was by far the best I have ever stayed in. Clean, decorated exquisitely, but most of all they provide everything you need. There was not one thing needed. Pillows, blankets, kitchen items, beach supplies, everything I reached for was readily available even items I did not expect to need was already thought of by the owners. Elena and Erwin can’t express in words what a great job you both have done. The condo grounds were clean, beautiful, and easily accessible. The pool outstanding ! I am an older traveler and usually look for elevator availability this does not have one but the stairs to the second floor were not steep and I handled them well. We will definitely be back.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was very comfy! It was very clean and well stocked. We loved the condo pool and it’s location to the condo. The condo owners provided everything you need for the beach too! (Chairs, umbrella, toys, towels, etc). It was also easy to get ahold of the condo owners if we had questions. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our stay!

This condo was great for our stay in Florida. It was a perfect location for us—close to family, and very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and everything that we needed. It was just my husband and myself, so the condo, although small, was well-suited to our needs. The bed was quite comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space in the bathroom/closet. The soundproofing between floors wasn't great, so we DID hear the upstairs neighbors stomping around at times, but that really wasn't a big deal to us. Erwin and Elena were great at communicating with us and responded quickly when we had a question about the dishwasher. We would certainly recommend this little vacation condo!

Nicely furnished

We had a pleasant week stay at this well equipped condo. Very clean, well organized, and quiet with the exception of heavy footed people above . All the essentials were there when we arrived. Appreciated all the drawers and hooks throughout as I like to stay neat and organized even on a vacation. Ten minute ride to nice uncluttered beach, and across the street from a Publix, very convenient. Pool area always crowded so we made little use of it.

Great stay!

Excellent experience with renting…have stayed many times in the Clearwater/Indian Rocks area over the past decade…best appointed condo so far! Needed to bring just food…everything else was there! Highly recommend…only minutes to grocery store and Clearwater beach!

Stay with kids and a toddler

Nice place, clean and easy to move around the breakables from the toddler. We left and nothing was broke harmed or undone. Mom accomplishment! Not too much furniture so things can be moved to accommodate. The balcony does not have stairs so that was our main eating area and easy to keep clean and watch the storm roll in. We loved this place and all it had to offer with the beach things that really helped!

Nice place

Nice condo. We had enough space for our family of four. The kids slept in the living room. The pics of the property were accurate. There are a few small things that could use updating, like the blinds on the patio door and the beach umbrella and chairs that are available for use. There was ample dishes/cookware, etc. The pool and community were also nice. Close to a lot of different beach options. We visited three different beaches. Pass-a-Grille was mentioned in the paperwork. While we did find it to be perfect if you just wanted to relax, it was not a good place for kids. It was covered in sea shells that were broken, even in the ocean. We made the best of it, but I would not recommend taking kids to that particular beach. Pier 60 was nice, but busy. Indian Rocks and Clearwater beach were the nicest with Clearwater having the best sand.

Nice condo, good location

Condo and pool were nice. They have everything you need to go to the beach including chairs, coolers, sand toys, etc. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. 10-15 minutes to Clearwater Beach and about the same to Indian Shores. Only 20 minutes to St Pete - Clearwater Airport. Just a short drive to Tampa Bay area. Would stay here again.

We are a happy Canadian family from Montreal, Canada. We love snow but we adore the beach . We fall in love with Clearwater beach and Indian Rocks beach. There are so many beaches that you can choose, one different from the other. The sun, the water and the is just magic....Our kids love the heated pool at the condo, so they can have some extra hours of playing in the water.
