Beautiful Property

Overall nice property. Michelle was reachable before our visit, even left us a bottle of champagne for our graduate. Soon into our stay, we notified Michelle the laundry machine wasn’t functioning and she was again responsive and notified us that it was something they dealt with previously so not to worry about the machines, so we just hand washed any necessities of ours during our stay. There is also no AC on the upstairs floor, there are ceiling fans. The basement is really cold especially at night. 3 days after our departure Michelle messaged us about (I) the few dishes and pan left in the sink, and (2) about the fact that the children’s toys in one of the upstairs bedrooms were used. This was surprising since there were closets or cabinets that were locked up, and we did not touch those. The children’s toys, however, were not locked away so they were utilized as part of the stay, just like the uno cards, the swimming pool (which was quite cold even though they said it was set to 82), or other reasonably included items. We suggest the owners lock the toys away for future guests and children to know they are not welcome to utilize. The few dishes/pans left behind we assumed reasonable considering the cleaning fee, and how much other cleaning we already completed, including washing some of our clothing/child items by hand because of the laundry machine not functioning.

Enjoyable Saratoga Springs

New location for our family this year and it was really nice. From adults to children to grandchildren, a fun time was had by all. Michelle, the owner was a pleasure to deal with and was timely responsive to any needs or questions we had.

We’ll be back!

The property was just as described; it’s not often that the pictures match what you walk in to! More than enough room for 4 families to spread out, the kitchen is fully stocked, propane grill in wonderful condition, everything is VERY CLEAN!! Without a doubt the cleanest property we have rented. Michelle was attentive and made great suggestions in regards to local interests. We spent about 90% of our time at the house in the pool throughout the week as the weather was perfect. We will absolutely be contacting Michelle again to stay here!

Summer fun on Saratoga Lake:)

We enjoyed staying at this property. Owners very generous and think of ways to make your stay much more enjoyable- even left us new pool toys and beach balls to use! Very clean and close to all attractions in Saratoga! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Beautiful property

Our group had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet, the pool is beautiful and the house is well maintained. Great proximity to all the area has to offer! Great communication and accommodation from our hosts. Wonderful stay!

Great Stay!

We had a great time staying at the house. Even better, however, was the communication with the owners ahead of it. They were extremely accommodative, and quick to answer any question. It is a fantastic property with even better owners.

Wonderful Property

This is a fabulous place! Huge, with lots of sleeping, sitting and eating areas. It's a beautiful home and grounds. Home was well maintained. Lots of amenities. We took advantage of the swimming pool even though it was a little chilly and rainy. The owner of the property was absolutely "AMAZING". On a couple of occasions I had to email her and she promptly responded to it. We had a great time. Great location! Great house! I will absolutely rent this house again if I'm ever in the Saratoga Springs area again. Thanks for everything. Tamela Washington
