"Desert Gardens" is a four bedroom, three bathroom home - beautifully remodeled in 2018 it offers resort-style amenities & the comforts of your very own private oasis.

The home is set over two floors and has a grand main living room with a high ceiling and open access to the entertainment room with pool table and a 55-inch flat-screen cable TV - a favorite spot to lounge around inside with family & friends.

On the ground floor there is one full bathroom and a charming bedroom with queen size bed and a stunning view overlooking the pool & backyard.

Upstairs you'll find a beautifully decorated master suite with a generous walk-in closet &
bathroom that includes a spacious walk-in shower with dual shower heads and the perfect size soaking tub to relax & enjoy.

Also located on the second floor there are two more bedrooms - each with one queen and one xl twin bed sharing a large bathroom with double sinks and a shower & tub.

The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with gorgeous granite countertops, wooden cabinetry and open access to the spacious living room & dining table.
For anyone with the desire for a healthy living lifestyle and possibly staying for Medical reasons - this kitchen is carefully equipped to play a key role on your way to recovery and/or provide the must-have items of a health-conscious kitchen such as stainless steel pans, glass containers & storage jars and non plastic cutlery.


And lastly, you are invited to step into the backyard, where you’ll find your private sanctuary surrounded by palms, cacti & lush citrus trees.
The well-appointed yard offers an above-the-ground hot tub, a diving pool, a covered patio area, an outdoor dining table & poolside chaises, a BBQ grill & a putting green to practice putting in your spare time & enjoy some of Arizona's dramatic fiery sunsets.


**Pool heat is available at an additional $75.00 per day


Please book pool heat at least 72 hrs prior to arrival so we can ensure enough time for the pool to heat up.

Great Vacation Sport in North Scottsdale
We greatly enjoyed this property that is loaded with amenities. The pool, hot tub and putting great were all great for our family. The property is excellently located with easy access to North Scottsdale attractions, shopping and restaurants. This was the perfect vacation home for our family.

Nice location, close to shops and restaurants. The hot tub was broken, very frustrating.
Nice property. Great neighborhood. Extremely disappointed that the hot tub was not working and sent a photo to the hosts number on the app with proof the hot tub was not working. Very surprised that no credit/refund was offered by the host for this inconvenience. Other than that, home was as described. I understand things break and things sometimes are not working, but the fact that no gesture or acknowledgement of the broken hot tub is poor service from a host. I travel a lot and always have had hosts issue a refund, even if it’s a few hundred dollars, it’s the gesture that counts. We spent a lot of money for 4 nights 5 days and came from the east coast for the basketball games and expect better of such a nice property. Will be staying elsewhere next time in Scottsdale.

The house is fine and mostly as advertised. The decor is a little strange but that isn't a criteria for a rental. The main issue our group had was that the hot tub was uninviting. We were looking forward to using it as we come from cold winter places. The water level was low and it was not terribly clean so it wasn't used. Otherwise, the house was fine. I stay in this area pretty frequently and, at this price point, there are better properties in the area. It should suit most peoples needs but it is not one that I would rent again.

Beautiful home, very clean, nicely finished, and well stocked. Perfect getaway with plenty to do at the house and close to other attractions. Mirjam was extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Great location! Very spacious - especially the master suite and kitchen. 5-6 TV’s - The outdoor space was amazing… The pool was much larger than expected, and the putting green was an added bonus. We grilled out a couple times and had a blast! We will definitely come back to this location again. Bonus - There’s a very large park about a block away - safe and quiet neighborhood.

Lovely clean, spacious home.
The house was clean and well appointed. The pool was great as it’s a diving pool with a bonus of a hot tub. Fruit trees and a putting green added to our stay and perfectly located. Mirjam is very accommodating and responsive. We had a small issue which she dealt with immediately. We had a great stay and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

We had plenty of room for a friend group of six. The pool was of perfect temperature in the hot Arizona sun. The putting green also provided hours of fun. We would highly recommend this house. Made lots of funny memories during our stay.

Wonderful Pool Property
We loved our stay in this home. Mirjam, the owner is extremely response and accommodating. Her first priority is to make sure you are happy. The pool is amazing, we hardly even cared that it was the longest hot streak because we spent our days in the pool. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we made lots of great family memories.

Great location
We enjoyed our family vacation at this house. It has all the amenities you need to stay at the house the whole time and enjoy time together. Its only a block away from a great park for kids to play. The only thing is I would say the pool heating was a waste of money. It was warm on arrival but then it wasn’t warm again our whole stay. Even with leaving the cover on for a few days. So I would definitely skip that extra cost.

Winter getaway
Had a great pre-Christmas stay. The house was more than comfortable for our group (up to nine). The back yard was the perfect place to hangout/chill as our kids entertained themselves with all the amenities provided. Location is peaceful and within walking distance to a great park. Huge thanks to Mirjam, she was very helpful, great with her communication and very pleasant to deal with. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fun Family Spot in Scottsdale
We visited Scottsdale over the Thanksgiving break. The property was just what we needed to relax and entertain ourselves. It has plenty of room and lots of beds. The pool table and the terrific backyard got a good amount of use.

Beautiful vacation home in a nice area of the city!
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed! The pool and backyard was like paradise…we didn’t really leave the house much at all as it was so nice there. Peaceful, lovely back yard!
Pool area/back yard was perfect! Deducted one star on accuracy of on-line listing in that, in pic, outdoor furniture looked perfect but, in fact, was needing replacement (falling apart & stuffing coming out of barstools). Home was clean & Mirjam was great communicator which we really appreciated. My first time renting a VRBO & thought there would be dish & dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, TP, paper towels, cleaning spray, foil, plastic wrap & baggies but we had to buy all. Stayed at my friends VRBO & they supplied. May be my bad for assuming. We could only get one TV to work but we were ok with as we were mostly enjoying pool. Mirjam may want to add operating instructions on TV’s to her house manual. Neighborhood was nice & home is centrally located to grocery store, Costco, restaurants, shopping mall, etc. Overall great & would rent again! Thanks Miriam!

Great Thoughtful Getaway in a Beautiful Location
The owner has put in a lot of thought into making this a beautiful home for others to enjoy. There are many activities - onsite putting, heated pool, hot tub - that allowed us flexibly to do whatever whenever we wanted. It really does feel quite cozy. Plus, the weather in Phoenix is hard to beat!

Nice House Could Use Some Updates
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the house. The street was a little busy/loud and night for us, but great neighborhood otherwise. There were a few things that could make the house even better, such as curtains and trash cans in each bedroom and more hooks to hang towels on. The patio chairs could use updating as a lot of the wicker seats were broken so not super comfortable to sit on in shorts or swimsuits. The backyard was great but a heater/fire pit would make it even better! We also wished the outdoor speakers could be connected to. We really enjoyed our trip just a few things changes would make us pick the house again.

Perfect House
We loved staying at this house for the Waste Management Open. Mirjam truly cares about your experience. She was always very quick to respond to any questions and always available. The house was spotless and the kitchen had everything you would ever need. The back yard and pool are stunning! We had so much fun and would 100% stay here again.
