Cozy Tropical Guest Cottage Near Everything!
This comfortable and private guest cottage conveniently located near the airport the Port of Palm Beach and is a 5-10-minute drive to the Flagler Waterfront, beautiful beaches, Palm Beach Outlet Shopping Mall, Rosemary Sure, Antique Row, and many local restaurants, bars, Norton Art Museum & Sculpture Gardens, Palm Beach Zoo, Science Center, Mounts Botanical Gardens and many other fun activities.
An enhanced cleaning protocol is followed, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:
* High-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob, light switches, cabinet knobs, etc. are sanitized.
* Cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies.
* Each room is cleaned using an extensive cleaning checklist
* Extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay.
* Compliance with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
Perfect for two people and has comfortable amenities, provides free parking and private entrance, with approximately 500 spacious sq. ft. It's a fully furnished large one-bedroom with king-sized bed, one bathroom with walk-in shower, living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen, tiled floors, and ceiling fans. French doors that open to private and patio area.
The cottage is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Cuisinart single-serve coffee maker, toaster oven, tea pot, common pots, pans, bowls, and utensils, etc. The living room has flat screen Smart TV with free Wi-Fi, Fire Stick local television channels, Prime Video & Netflix.
The patio is equipped with a patio table, unbrella and propane gas BBQ grill.
We pride ourselves in maintaining a clean and healthy non-smoking environment inside and outside.
We welcome individuals, couples, and corporate accounts for a minimum of seven days, weekly, monthly, and quarterly time frame.

Originally from Dallas and Los Angeles, I moved to South Florida in 1985! I have two adult sons, daughters-in-law, five grandchildren, and four great grands! I've been actively engaged in the transformational work of Landmark Worldwide for 25+ years. I love to travel; enjoy cooking and entertaining friends and family on the patio in the "Rocchio Gardens." I love it here in West Palm Beach AND we also love any travel adventure. I have stayed in some awesome spaces using VRBO and strive to make the cottage enjoyable and comfortable for guests. I've lived in this beautiful 96 year old home since 2005. My husband and I transformed this property into the Rocchio Villa (our main home), Rocchio Garden's, I am delighted to have you join a slice of paradise and hope you will be delighted as well.

LuLu's Cozy Guest Cottage and tropical paradise is conveniently and centrally located here in West Palm Beach, east of I-95. There is so much to do in this area. You can either rent a car or bicycle and/or UBER around our lovely area.
