During your stay, you may notice delightful hints of pineapple decor throughout the property. For years, guests have affectionately nicknamed the home "Pineapple Lodge," a testament to its relaxing Bali-style ambiance and décor. The pineapple motif is a playful nod to this long-standing, beloved nickname and reflects the welcoming and cheerful atmosphere we strive to create for all our visitors.
With a modern European twist, this space offers the best in comfort. It features a kitchen ideal for family cooking, heated marble floors, a stunning handcrafted glass tile bathtub off the master bedroom, an extravagant fireplace in the living room, and a spacious balcony - perfect for a nap, reading a good book, or simply soaking in the incredible views. The property offers ample parking space for your convenience.

The Noxon Reservoir is a popular place for swimming, water sports and fishing!
Just across the street, there is a path that leads to the water! Here you will find your own private lakeside beach, perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle-boarding, and fishing during the day. Take in the views from your camp chair, as the sun sets behind the majestic mountains in the evening.
There is a boat ramp across the street for convenient access of your boats and jet skis.
TROUT CREEK ACTIVITIES:
Trout Creek is known for the outdoor enthusiast and family-friendly activities like ATV, boating, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, hunting, hiking, camping, sightseeing, and more!
BOATING: Bring your boat (or rent one locally) to enjoy fun summer days on the Noxon Reservoir. The boat ramp is just across the street!
HIKING: Trout Creek has a plethora of nearby hiking trails!
SKIING/SNOWSHOEING: In the winter months, you can ski/snowshoe from your front doorstep! Downhill skiing and snow tubing is available at the nearby Schweitzer Ski Mountain, where you will also find fun summertime activities as well.
ATV/SNOWMOBILE: Bring your ATV or Snowmobile (or rent one locally)! You will find endless snowmobile trails for your winter activities and ATV trails for summer.
FISHING: Fish some of the most scenic water for perch, northern pike, walleye, and trout. The area is very popular for ice fishing too! Join us April-September for our popular bass fishing tournaments.
HUNTING: Located in hunting district 121, the area is known for hunting trophy elk, deer, bear, big horn sheep and moose.
HUCKLEBERRY HAVEN: Trout Creek is the huckleberry capital of Montana and hosts the biggest celebration of huckleberries in the state.

Trout Creek is located on MT Highway 200, 100 miles west of Missoula, MT; 60 miles east of Sandpoint, ID; 140 miles east of Spokane, WA. Elevation 2,372. It is 20 miles west of Thompson Falls, MT and sits on the shores of the 35 mile long Noxon Reservoir of the Clark Fork River.

• Quinn's Hot Springs (1 hour drive) - Get tickets in advance! Terrific hot springs with multiple pools overlooking beautiful scenery. There's also a cold pool, poolside bar, and a great restaurant.
• Wild Horse Hot Springs (1.5 hour drive) - a quirky hot springs with a sushi food truck. BYOB.
• Ross Creek Cedars - Kootenai National Forest (30-45 min drive) - Hiking trails around forest of large cedar trees
• Kootenai Falls and Swinging Bridge (1 hour drive)
• Fishing & Boating at Noxon Reservoir (just down the road)
• Skiing & hiking at Schweitzer Mountain Resort (1 hour drive)

• Firewood for the fireplace can be purchased in Trout Creek.
• Traveling in this area means enjoying picturesque drives wherever you go, with no traffic to slow you down. Just remember, during the winter months, 4-wheel drive might be necessary to navigate through snow and ice. But don't worry, the stunning views will make it all worth it!
