Newly updated primary bathroom; primary bedroom includes a King size bed and flat screen TV. New entertainment wall contains a 75” Flat screen TV in living area. New courtyard contains firepit for entertaining or relaxing with travertine tiles.
High speed internet is provided for your own streaming platforms.

The back patio is accessible from the dining area and master bedroom. The back yard has lots of room to entertain, enjoy outdoor living and is partially fenced. Outdoor patio includes new BBQ and furniture.

An oasis experience
We truly enjoyed the serenity of Corte Bella, with its amenities, light traffic, and friendly neighborhoods. Our host/owners were very helpful and always available for answering questions. This home had all the furnishings and supplies we needed; it was clean and well-maintained, tastefully decorated and spacious. If it were possible, this would be our annual winter getaway!

Beautiful sunrises!
Convenient location near the back gated entrance with beautiful sunrises. Owner was responsive when softener needed attention and patio had not been cleaned. We found the office furniture arrangement in the den to easily accommodate two people. Laundry facilities were wonderful, and the wine cooler was an added bonus.

Awesome Property
We loved staying at this property. Kevin & Denise are awesome! We had 2 minor issues. The cable box went out and the toilets needed minor repair. I contacted them and both repairs were done in 2 days. They were very responsive when we needed them to be there. The home is beautiful, inside and out. We were so thankful to have such a beautiful place to stay until our home was ready to move into. The instructions were all clear and we never had any issues when we checked in late at night. Anyone looking for a home like this, should look no further! Corte Bella is a beautiful property and the home is perfect! Thank you again Keith & Denise! We loved our stay in your home! Wonderful retreat
This lovely southwestern style house had everything you need to feel at home in beautiful sunny Arizona! Located in Sun City West, a gated 55+ community with beautiful golf facilities, fitness center and swimming pool. The neighbors were friendly and even invited my father for a few rounds of golf. We will we back!
