Using the hot tub without the appropriate swim wear (you may not wear regular clothes)
Manipulation of any outside security camera (to include touching, turning off electrical power to, or restricting the cameras functionality in any way.)

Failure to follow these rules will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

If hot tub is left dirty due to negligence the deposit will be withheld as cleaning/refilling fee.

If pots are pans are damaged the full cost will be taken out of your deposit.

By reserving this property the guest accepts full responsibility for self and (if applicable) guests, and further release and discharge the host for injury, or damage arising out of their own or additional guests use of or presence upon the property.

House rules must be acknowledged and consented to in order for the host to honor your stay.
