New apartment with balcony and sea view, with 2 bedrooms and two suites, the 1st bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed and new air conditioning and TV 40 p, the 2nd bedroom has 1 double bed box and 1 single bed and new air conditioning and TV of 43 p, living room 2 rooms with TV 55 p, plus the 1 bathroom.
The sofa in the living room turns into 2 beds and still has 2 orthopedic mattresses for use.
Full kitchen with all household appliances, and cabinets.

Excente localização e ótima piscina
A estadia foi ótima, o apartamento é muito bom e a piscina na cobertura é maravilhosa! O único ponto que poderia melhorar é em relação a manutenção do apartamento, pequenas coisas como a pintura e alguns utensílios novos para a cozinha tornaria tudo perfeito! Um excelente custo benefício, já é minha segunda vez e pretendo voltar outras vezes.

Saímos de SP quase nove horas de estrada chegamos todos cansados, porém felizes por estar indo ao Rio pela primeira vez, pois bem chegamos e estava um calor top mais não tinha ninguém na recepção a pessoa tinha ido almoçar e ficamos do lado de fora esperando alguém chegar naquele calor danado, pelo que deu a entender nas conversas que foram poucas o proprietário Sr. Antônio não é muito de papo ou seja mandava MSN e cheguei esperar quase 24hs para ser respondida, resumindo tive que entrar no Predio por uma porta lateral e mexer na gaveta da recepção a pedido do Sr. Antônio até q encontrei a chave do Ap e subimos, bom o Ap é gigante e coube todos nós, porém todos com vontade de ir ao banheiro que no caso tem 3 ótimo excelente mais não tinha um papel higiênico para uma situação normal como essa em fim demos um jeito, antes de irmos perguntei p o anfitrião se no local tinha roupas de cama, mesa e Banho. Roupa de cama ok não temos o que reclamar. Mais Olhem que absurdo pano de pratos tinha um e passamos uma semana com esse.. E na casa não tinha pano de chão imaginem como iríamos higienizar a casa, em fim tivemos que comprar até que depois de reclamar o Sr Antônio nos Mandou um pano de chão e o de pratos me disse que não conseguiria naquele momento ou seja compramos Tbm. Não tinha uma toalha, ainda bem que levamos. No anúncio diz que o ar condicionado funciona nos dois quartos, mais uma mentira pois um deles não funciona e o ventilador de teto quase caindo. Em fim para evitar isso era só nos avisar né pq aí a gente levava e não seriamos pego de surpresa como aconteceu. Não indico e não volto mais nesse Apartamento posso até alugar outro no Predio pq eu gostei do local mais nesse não volto nunca mais. Pois o Anfitrião não se preocupa com seu hóspede.
