Recently refreshed in June 2024, Tea Tree is a charming three-bedroom cottage situated right across from the beach access and just a short stroll from the creek and shops. This inviting retreat is a must-stay for your next vacation!

Step into the open plan kitchen, dining, and living area, where you can unwind in the cosy living space. The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second and third bedrooms each have two single beds, making it perfect for families or groups.

Enjoy outdoor living in the terrific rear yard, complete with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. The garage offers convenient storage for bikes, surfboards, and more.

Tea Tree is pet-friendly, with a thick hedge serving as a natural barrier in the backyard (please note, there is no back fence).

Start your day with a coffee on the front covered balcony, or relax there after a day at the beach. There’s also a carport with room for a boat and an internal laundry for your convenience.

Hat Head relaxation
"Tea Tree Lodge" is good easy accommodation. Opposite access tracks 7a and 7b to Hat Head Beach leash free area then 100m to the beach. There are no excuses not to go for a walk on the sand. Hat Head Beach is leash free from access point 6 to 9. The back yard is fully fenced and our dog was able to explore without any worries. The house is a 6 to 7 minute walk to "The General at Hat Head" for good coffee and food. "The General" is a well stocked and has most items you could need during your stay. The property could use some up grades but was clean and comfortable.

This was the perfect Beach House for our family - tasteful and well appointed, yet beautifully simple. All our needs were satisfied. Perfect Position, Sunny outlook, a clean and easy to care for space -Thank you!!We would definitely love to return to Tea Tree Lodge.Only 2 things to mention - 1 overhead fan in main bedroom needs attention & 1 single mattress was quite uncomfortable.

Reviewer Comments: No frypan in kitchen,no batteries in clocks, heater is poor, we used the stove and oven to heat the house, price has gone up significantly, we will be looking at cheaper options next time, prior to this visit we were happy with the price , property is rundown, lino in kitchen needs fixing, benches in kitchen needs fixing, location is perfect, across the road from beach reserve

Reviewer Comments: Location and place is nice - old and little improvements from year to year Opened the bbq to find it absolutely covered in **** roach droppings and other trash - unusable and not cleanable. Toilet set was not fixed on the toilet and no stove top frying pan were disappointing and of concern as question if the toilet had been cleaned as was not reported.Anna from elders was very helpful and organized a new bbq even though quite small and even delivered personally a new gas bottle as the fitting was the new type.Have rebooked as we love hat head - would just like the place to be clean and basics checked for the price we payI have rebooked as tea tree has a nice relaxed feel.

I saw the snake in Back yard That very dangerous for my Dog, So therefore I bring inside my dog in the night. But In the last my holiday the manager want Extra cleaning fee,which is included in the total payment upon my reservation. Who want guarantee If my dog sleaping in the night is safe,If First time coming to the property i saw Snake? I just Disappointed with the manager Just want Double Cleaning fee because of the dog hair. Should be Said NO VET before we booking.
