It has unparalleled expansive views of the beach and ocean from the Master Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen and Balcony. Our views are unobstructed through 8-foot floor to ceiling glass. As a corner unit the views are not only to the east but to the south as well. It does not get any better than this!!! Relax on the Balcony in the evening and enjoy the sound and sights of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very special Condo in a very special place. You simply will not find a Condo on South Padre Island with better views and beach access.

Our Condo is truly 'Home' and you will feel that from the moment you walk through the front door. You will find things you never thought you would find in a rental cond0...things like shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash, tissues, sponges, staple Items like salt, pepper, etc. It will feel like "Home" and have the comforts of home. Tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained...Indulge yourself in the experience of an exceptional vacation getaway.

Perfect location beautiful view

Absolutely loved the location and the view was perfect! Condo was very comfortable and set up nicely. We will definitely stay here again if available for our next trip!

Great view and ease to the beach. Condo was stocked with all beach gear and so nice to just go play and come back to rest. Owner was great about response time. Recommend a stay!

Property and surrounding area was very nice with excellent ocean view! The common or living room was nice but a little smaller than portrayed in photo. Also, there were tvs in all the bedrooms but none in the living room. Everything on the inside was very clean but windows needed to be cleaned. Pool was wonderful! We experienced a couple of issues during our stay and the property manager took immediate action. to resolve.

Awesome stay!

Had an excellent stay with my husband, 3 kids (ages 7, 10, & 12), and my parents. Loved sitting out on the patio with my coffee in the morning. Condo was perfect and had every thing our family needed for our stay. Boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, and shade for the beach were some of the items that came in handy! Property was great as were the owners. Ed was very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely try to stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in SPI.

Great place to stay!

The condo was very clean, it was nice having the amenities, good selection of tv channels, liked that there was no tv in living room. Great view of beach and short distance to beach. Loved the chairs on balcony. Ed Raposa is easy to get a hold of. He responds quickly to questions. Definately would rent this place again.

Great spot

Our family enjoyed 5 nights in this property. The view was one of the reasons I picked this unit, and it did not disappoint. Great location, right on the beachfront. The pool is on the other side of the building, and was a decent size and well maintained. The unit was quite clean, and the building is clean and secure. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked dinner each evening, and always had what we needed. There were some tiny ants on the counter, so you do need to be sure to wipe up any crumbs as quickly as possible. The rooms are nicely decorated, the beds are comfy, and the showers worked great. We appreciated having beach towels available for our use. Communications with the owner were clear. Can’t go wrong with this spot!

Best view on the island!

We love Sea Vista and this condo was perfect for our group! The view of the gulf is magical and the condo was lovely. We especially loved the walk in showers and the kitchen backsplash! Will definitely stay here again!

Everything Perfectly Appointed

We spent eight nights in the Condo and found it fully equipped and stocked for any length of stay. It was very clean as well. The beds are comfortable and the space is cozy with a fabulous view of the ocean in a quiet location on the island. The people who manage the complex work hard and keep the entire property in good working order. We witnessed floors being scrubbed, pool area cleaned, brick walkway swept, and beach access matts cleared of sand. Lightbulbs were changed out as well as a few inside individual condo yearly maintenance items. It means a lot to know the condo is not only well cared for, but the outside area as well. I would recommend this to anyone. Kudos to the entire staff!

Nice view of the beach

Nice location on the beach with nice view from the deck. The place was clean and everything in working order. The kitchen had lots of pans, dishes, cups and glasses. We liked the extra large cups The master bedroom TV had a bad attitude and it was hard to turn it on and keep it operating.

Views for days

The views were as promised and then some and this condo had all the extras so you dont have to scramble for things like beach chairs/towels, kitchen essentials etc. The unit itself felt spotlessly clean. The common areas could use some updating but pool seemed well maintained. The only shortcoing of unit itself is while every bedroom has a great tv, theres none in living/dining/kitchen...we've never encountered this in decades of vacation home rentals. I thought it worth mentioning as it was odd to pile into one anothers bedrooms to watch a movie.

Superior Sunrise

Perfect Fall Getaway

This was our 2nd trip to SPI but first, of many future stays, at Sea Vista 204. We loved the location and the thoughtful nature of our hosts. They stayed in contact as we prepared for the trip and while we were traveling to make sure we had all of the necessary details to make check-in and our stay go smooth. The hosts thought of all the little details ...4+beach chairs, umbrellas, camp chairs, 2 coolers, beach toys for kids, boogie boards, 5 beach towels, cards and board games. The kitchen had all the basics plus the pantry had some bottled water, extra paper towels, plasticware, dish soap, soap for the dishwasher, plenty of kitchen towels and laundry supplies. The location is tastefully decorated and has a nice floor plan. The other guest in the building were respectful and honored the rules making this a family friendly option. The ocean view and access to the beach was outstanding. The pool area was well taken care of for the age.....we were just consumed by the sound of the waves so we took advantage of that view. There is a beach service that will set up lounge chairs and large umbrellas on the beach for a few, which is a great option when you plan on spending the whole day.

Amazing Location!!

This location is perfect! Super close beach access with a nice boardwalk and sand mats to get to the sand. Beautiful clear water and soft sand for sandcastles! Plenty of space in the condo and great amenities that helped us cook our meals. You can watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the balcony:)

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this perfectly located condo. 2nd floor is the way to go with this one. There were elevators so it made the travel easy. The sunrise is my absolute favorite and the 2nd floor is the way to see this beautifully. You couldn’t see it on the water on the 1st floor. The one and only downside to this condo is that the master bedroom does NOT have a bedroom door. It will close off with visual privacy but not sound. So if you have anybody sleeping in the living room, or even visiting the kitchen for late night drinks, there is no adult privacy. It was a very nice stay!

We had a beautiful stay at this condo, the only thing that we had a problem with was the Wifi, we tried many times to find the network and followed every one of the written instructions left by the host but never could connect. Everything else was perfect!

South Padre Vacation
