Great green house near the beach.
Newly built ( 2022) spacious private house walking distance from beaches & dunes in Ouddorp. Solar panels and heating pump make it very eco friendly .Suitable for 8 persons ( 4 bedrooms) at 8 minutes from the North Sea beach. The house has an living area facing the garden with practical kitchen.The kitchen is fully equiped incl. nespresso coffee machine, oven and dishwasher. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The car can be parked close to the house on the parkingplace at the reception. There is also parking for electric cars.
Living room has tv and wifi ( free). There is a couch and a dining table with 8 chairs.
The garden has a nice patch of grass an extra patio in the shade, a lounge hanging chair and a outside couch for 4 persons. There is a patio area with dining table and we have 8 outside chairs.
There is a weber charcoal bbq ( sometimes reception may aks not to use it due to fire hazards in the area, please check in advance)
The house is built to be green. We heat and have warm water using a heatpump and have solarpanels. There is no gas connection in the house. Helping us save energy is much appreciated.
The park had a nice snackbar, reception area, jeu de boules course and large playing are for children. At the main parking and the adjoining street are wastebins for paper, plastic glass and general waste. Please seperate garbage as much as possible.
