On the 9th floor (accessible by elevator) and overlooking the resort with fantastic mountain views, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo exceeds every expectation. The whole condo is one floor (no stairs) and features a lovely living room with a large HD Smart TV, Queen-sized sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and balcony with seating to enjoy the sights of Park City.

A dining area with seating for eight is next to the full-sized, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, and everything needed to cook a nice meal. There’s a toaster, regular coffee pot, Keurig coffee pot, full set of pots/pans/baking dishes, utensils, cups/plates/bowls/mugs, glassware, wine glasses, and much more.

The first King-sized Master suite features an HD Smart TV, ceiling fan, luxurious bedding, and an en suite bathroom with a large jetted soaking tub and separate shower. There’s also a washer and dryer in the bathroom area.

The second King-sized Master suite features an HD Smart TV, ceiling fan, luxurious bedding, and an en suite bathroom with a large double shower only. Next to this bedroom, separated by a sliding door, is a living room/kitchenette area. The 2nd Queen-sized sleeper sofa is there along with an additional microwave, toaster, coffee pot, mini fridge, pop-out breakfast table with bar stools, and a 2-burner cook top.

Along with renting this beautiful condo, the Westgate Resort offers a full Serenity Spa (with in-room salon services), 30,000 square feet of luxury, a tranquil spa area with a waterfall, and award-winning massages and treatments.

The state-of-the-art Westgate Fitness Center features cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines, a yoga studio (with Bikram yoga, hot power yoga, personal training, and pilates classes offered).

The onsite Kid’s Club caters to kids from ages 3-12 with supervised fun and everything from arts/crafts to board games. Children can be dropped off there any day of the week during the hours of 8:30am-6pm. In-room babysitting services are also available.

In addition, the resort has 2 indoor pools, 2 spa tubs, and one heated indoor/outdoor pool open year-round. There are daily activities as well, including movies at the pool, scavenger hunts, ping-pong, karaoke, face painting, crafting classes, wine tastings, and trivia. Excellent property - terrible management

Well-appointed and large accommodation - location was excellent. Loved being able to ski out down to a lift. Check in was a nightmare. Had to go to an office to get the key, and address was actually 4 buildings and difficult to find. Vacasa customer service was terrible and took an hour on the phone/text messaging before someone could direct me to the office.

Excellent condo for winter fun

My family rented this property for our first ever Park City experience and we were so impressed! The unit is beautiful. We loved how the kitchen was full with everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. The beds were comfy and the resort itself has amazing convenience to the slopes and amenities.

As described!

This condo was updated and adorable, much to my picky teen daughter’s delight! All 6 of us slept very comfortably in the king beds and pull out sofa. My younger two boys loved the swimming pools, game room, and master suite jacuzzi! The staff at this resort were fantastic! Someone grabbed my bathrobe while we were at the pool, and every employee went above about beyond to help get my phone and wallet back quickly (which I had left in robe pocket). All the reviews about the confusing complex layout are true and not exaggerated, but we just laughed it off and found our way about! The shuttle drivers were always on time, and it was very convenient to have as an amenity!! Download the app, and use it like Uber! Complex is very close to red pine gondola. We did not use ski valet, just stored them each night in slots at Aloha since that is where we rented. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. Just FYI, view off balcony looks over Silverado complex and backside of westgate/pool area.

Fabulous place

We were very pleased with our stay. The place was recently renovated and has really great furnishings and is very clean. We enjoyed the amenities like the pool and spa suite. Location couldn't be better. Also, there's a free shuttle that takes you to several locations including old town park city which was awesome. Would stay here again! P.S. if you want bath robes for the pool/spa, you have to call the front desk - our unit didn't automatically come with them.

Westgate at The Canyons

The property was very comfortable and well appointed in an extremely convenient location. The residence employees were extremely courteous and helpful. The description of the property was spot on and had everything we needed. The ski pick up and delivery at the bottom of the lift was very nice. No carrying equipment to and from the lifts! It would be a do again.

Ski vacation

It was nice to be able to text the man agent company . I paid like 375 dolls for my own concierge or ever you guys called it not what I thought it would be at all other than her answering text messages had nothing to do with our stay at the hotel while we were there. It wasn’t somebody that was dedicated to our place we were stay basically just referred us to the front desk I don’t understand what that fee was for the description was ski in ski out it literally was not we had a walk from where our place was. Don’t get me wrong the rooms in the hotel are absolutely gorgeous but definitely not right outside the gondola house The one thing I could say about the accommodations were the TVs were absolutely a disappointment channel guide and in the master bedroom they had an old 29 inch TV in a room that size it was absolutely disappointing. Other than that it was always beautiful place very well equipped kitchen with everything this washer and dryer that we used and the adjoining other sweet that my son stayed was beautiful. Guest services in the hotel are definitely not knowledgeable of anything Front desk for very very nice and bellhops and valet terrific aromas doors problems facing the back of the mountain/parking lot

Please improve check-in process and communication around room cleaning

When I arrived at the Westgate the front desk did not have a record of my reservation. I showed them my email confirmation from Moose Management and Westgate made their own reservation from their computer. As a result, the rooms were not clean and I waited 2 hours fir it to be cleaned so I could go upstairs. At 6:00 pm I got a call that the room was clean and we were finally allowed upstairs. When we went up stairs the room was quite dirty - the surfaces had not been cleaned nor had the floors been vacuumed. During our 6-day stay (we checked out early) the room was never cleaned by Westgate.

Ski Trip

Really liked the location of this unit, easy to get to from SLC via an Uber and about a five minute walk or so to Red Pine gondola. There was plenty of room for our group of four and the beds are comfortable. Hotel brought our instacart order up to the room which was awesome. Kitchen is small and not that well stocked but hey, we were able to cook our meals just fine. The washer/dryer is also tiny but got the job done for what we needed. The resort is huge but reception gave us directions at check in and we never had an issue getting around. Agree with what some others have said about the lighting - it was hard to see at night ! The only real complaint we have is that the floors throughout the unit and the counters in the kitchen were dirty when we checked in. Food debris everywhere. Not really a big deal, but for the amount of money you are spending (which includes a cleaning fee!) that was disappointing. Considering the size of the unit and excellent location, we did feel it was a good value and would stay again if we are lucky enough to be in Park City in the future !

GREAT LOCATION! GREAT MANAGEMENT!

My family stayed in 3901 A&B in March 2021 and having stayed at Westgate in the past (different unit), I knew what to expect in terms of the building layout, amenities ect. That said, this particular unit went above my expectations. The management company is very responsive and the unit itself was immaculate. Its obvious it has been deep cleaned and renovated. I really cannot say enough positive things both about Westgate and specifically this unit and this Management company. Previous reviews mentioned they weird layout of the building overall. Yes it can be confusing but not hard to figure out. I will definitely return and would love to stay in this specific unit again.

Beautiful place inside and out!

We love Park City! The travel is so easy from the west coast. This is our second stay at the Westgate, the first in this unit. We would absolutely book here again! The view from the condo is beautiful, the condo is well kept and those steam showers - Oh My! The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was very functional with a foot stool to reach many of the cabinets - not a problem, I just moved some of the items I accessed often to lower cabinets. The location of the unit is perfect - just an elevator ride away from the outdoor pool/spa (with a truly heated pool - amazing for the kiddo and enjoyable for mom/dad) and the Marketplace (for eggs and wine ). The king beds could use an upgrade in both the lock out and in the main bedroom but they weren't so uncomfortable to downgrade the experience - that said, if we return to the same unit next year I would be disappointed if the beds hadn't been replaced. Thanks for a great stay!

Covid ski vacation

This is an updated condo in the Westgate Park City. The unit was clean and ready for our arrival. The check in process was easy enough and the pictures are accurate. The beds and pillows are comfortable. There are plenty of towels for 4 people and one closet and some dressers for your things. The kitchen is small but it works. You will need to buy or bring trash bags as you only get one trash bag and the on-site market did not have any. If dryness is an issue for you I also suggest bringing a travel humidifier or two and your own bathrobes if you would like to wear one to the pool or spa. Westgate is an oddly designed resort but easy enough to navigate once you get used to it. We would stay here again if we should visit Park City.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! Perfect size for our family of 4. The condo was clean and updated. Ski rentals, restaurants, stores were right outside so it was super convenient! Ski valet was a nice touch too! The kids enjoyed the pool and gameroom. We ate at Drafts which was great and the milkshakes are a must try! The building layout was a little confusing the way you have to cross to different areas on different floors but other than that everything was great!

Overall great stay! Clean, upscale, walking distance to Canyons. This property is located in Westgate Resort Park City and has basically all amenities of the resort, with the exception of housekeeping (available for additional cost). The rooms themselves are renovated, well kept, and comfortable. The lighting is somewhat dim in the evenings, but that doesn't have to be a negative. Although you'll need to get used to the tedious navigation of the various floors and buildings within Westgate, this location offers so much from personal ski valets to multiple pools/jacuzzis to the kids/game room. The staff is incredibly helpful and you are just a few minutes walk to the red pine gondola. 5 stars hands down.

Wonderful Stay

We were super pleased with the property. The room had a beautiful view, was configured just as listed, was clean and everything worked. The beds were great. We needed the pull out bed and it was surprisingly comfortable. The A/C worked great too (on these big properties, we have sometimes found they turn off the A/C at night - not so here). As an added bonus, and not advertised, each shower has an integrated steam feature. In both renting, and for questions while we were there, the property manager was super responsive. Will definitely be our 'go-to' place in the future.

Do not stay here!!

This place had so many issues. The property management company was a nightmare! The place was dirty. The beds were made but the floors were never vacuumed before we came in. The fridge was broken, both of the security safes were broken, the shower in the master was broken. The management company blames us for the fridge and never replaced it. They told us to use the mini fridge in the second room. We have kids and the mini fridge barely holds water. The told us they would not clean, it was not a hotel. They were so rude and disrespectful. They told us to take out our own trash. They replaced a security safe with a safe that you can pick up and walk away with. It was HORRIBLE. WARNING, not worth a dime to stay here. Save yourself the headache and Do NOT book this property.

Our actual unit was fantastic. Well maintained, well stocked, spacious, good view. Prime location. The Westgate building itself is an older building and very confusing to navigate. We got lost a few times because signage and the hallways are so confusing. Would definitely stay again!

Westgate 3901 is a beautiful property right on the slopes. The Westgate was particularly a great experience during the holidays because so many fun activities were planned. We enjoyed the shuttle rides into town saving trying to park. This unit has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

We love staying at the Westgate

The unit is great. Very well maintained and comfortable. The top floor unit with vaulted ceilings definitely made it feel more spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful few days in Park City. It didn’t hurt that it snowed a couple feet while we were there so overall, very special trip. One small criticism. I wish the housekeeping arrangements had been more clear. I have stayed at the westgate in the past and housekeeping was always taken care of. This trip I had to call and schedule it separately and pay a $45/day fee directly to westgate. Not the end of the world but was a bit of a surprise.
