The unit has 2 full bathrooms, A/ C, full size washer/dryer, FREE high speed internet access, free Wi - Fi, cable, 2 stereo color TVs, Blue-Ray DVD player, stereo, wireless phone, gourmet kitchen with everything clearly marked and labeled. The beds have high thread count cotton sheets, with memory foam toppers for the ultimate in comfort, high quality bedding and pillows and Egyptian cotton towels.
The main lanai looks out on the West Maui Mountains, and lush tropical vegetation and flowers. The main lanai feels like you are in your own private treehouse. There is a cute bistro set on the master bedroom lanai at which to enjoy your morning coffee.
There’s beach, pool and picnic items, silk tropical florals in every room, queen sized sofa-bed, lots of extra pillows and much more. The unit is very well maintained and is decorated in a relaxed island style for a cozy feeling of Home and your experience of Aloha.
Maui Kamaole is Kihei's only AAA 3 Diamond rated property and it features: 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts, BBQs at each pool area, BBQs at each building, reserved parking, an activities desk, and spectacular views of the ocean, other islands and mountains. My unit overlooks the tropical pool, which is lushly landscaped, with a waterfall into the pool, and a real sand-bottomed jacuzzi.
Maui Kamaole is on South Kihei Road across from Kamaole Beach III, and is just north of Keawakapu Beach, one of Wailea’s finest white sand beaches. The golf courses and beaches of Wailea are a five minute drive, and the white sand beaches of Makena are just ten minutes away. Close to beaches, activities, shopping and restaurants, with quiet, spacious, beautifully landscaped grounds and spectacular natural views. Maui is beautiful and serene

We loved our stay in Jamie’s condo, it is beautifully decorated. He is very quick to respond to any questions/concerns. The property is beautiful but could use additional lighting especially on the bridge when you cross over to go to the unit. It was very hard arriving at night finding the parking spot was very challenging overall the property isn't well lit at all luckily we saw someone in a golf cart who showed us where to go. The hot tub and pool area stunning we absolutely loved it when I chose this place that was a deciding factor for me. I would suggest labeling the upstairs air conditioner unit we couldn’t find a remote and because the unit is on the floor the panel is hidden so for the first few days it was hot upstairs. I was kind of taken aback when he asked me if I could wash our towels considering there were only two of us staying in the condo but I obliged. We used minimal towels during our stay. My friend who is a seasoned traveler was also surprised. We stayed at the condo yesterday our last day so it worked out. We enjoyed our stay in Maui likely won’t return because of the long flight but happy that we came. Maui is a lovely place to visit very serene and beautiful. I came mainly to see the whales which we did.

Jamie's place was perfect for our family of 5! Loved the location in Kihei and the location in the Maui Kamaole complex. The condo was clean, well stocked for cooking , the bathrooms were updated, bed configuration worked well and the condo had the THE most comfortable pull out sofa we've ever slept on. He was SO helpful prior to our travel date, answering all my questions and gave us many awesome recommendations. I would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to return to Maui.

Awesome dude, great condo, good for nature lovers.

Jamie's Condo is in a beautiful section of Kehei, and the amenities were pretty much anything you could want for a vacation: washer & dryer, plenty of towels, spare air mattress, even an umbrella and chairs to take down to the local beaches. For whatever reasons, there was a mix up in communications involving the confirmation email that couldnt go though to my email server, and I had to contact Jamie directly to get the access info for the unit. Thankfully, he was willing to work with us to resend the info and after a few minutes we got everything smoothed out. He even reached out prior to our flight and gave some suggestions on some activities and local venues to try out, In short--the Host was really cool, which was a huge relief. The unit itself was actually a bit bigger than we had anticipated, Normally when pictures are posted, they're manipulated to appear more spacious than what they actually are--not was not the case here, If anything, the rooms looked a lot smaller in the photos than it was in reality. We had six adults in our party, and we had more than enough space to spread out. The complex was pretty laid back and chill for the most part. Was suprised to see some presence of security on the grounds that would occasionally come around and ask what unit you were staying in. Beaches are easy to access, short walk to get to Whale Watch or Molokini snorkel tours, and the entire area has a great variety of birds--solid area for Rosy-Faced Lovebird photos.

Fabulous, kid-friendly condo with amazing pools

This condo is terrific -- it's well supplied with beach gear and the owner is wonderfully communicative and accommodating. The two pools are the biggest and nicest we've seen in Hawaii and the location can't be beat. The proximity to the beach is amazing. The ONLY drawback is that the two tennis courts prohibit pickle-ball -- if tenants don't like the noise, maybe limit the hours of play. Many families love pickleball and it's really disappointing to not be allowed to play on the courts.

Perfect spot next to the beach

Beautiful condo just a short walk to the beach. Lots of amenities and great communication with the owner. Just remember: the parking for the K units is not between J and L. It is in the other side next to F! Other than the parking oddity, it was a perfect vacation. Thank you!

Spectacular

This condo located in Kihei is just across the street from beautiful beaches with stunning sunset views. It is expertly decorated and fully appointed for all of your needs. The tropical pool is a super short walk over a picturesque bridge and through some gorgeous flowering bushes. The pool and hot tub were uncrowded, incredibly clean, the perfect temperature, and a highlight of our trip. Communication was easy and super positive. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens for all four of us. I would stay here again, and again! Super close to Wailea and an easy drive to Lahaina. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. However, we stocked up at Costco after leaving the airport before driving to the condo. I would send every single person I know who is planning a trip to Maui to this condo. One tip is that if you are planning to see sunset at Haleakala, I would leave 2 1/2 hours early. The guidebooks say leave two hours early and Google said one hour and 20 minutes. We left two hours early and the sky started turning colors as we drove the last third of the mountain. If I had it to do it over again, I would leave 2 1/2 hours early so that we arrived at the summit in pitch black and shot every moment of the sky changing from the summit. another highlight of our trip was participating in the visitor paddle with a Kihei Canoe Club. For only $40 a person we had a two hour experience on an outrigger canoe. Unbelievable!

Fantastic First Half of Maui Trip

This property was very much as expected from the online listing and description. I thought it might be a bit tight for us, but it was roomier than expected. Assigned parking space close to condo and easy access was a huge plus upon arrival and throughout our stay. We intended to grill outside (the bbq's met with my husband's expert approval) but were too busy doing things in South Maui:>) There are, indeed, beaches you can walk to from this complex and ice chests, blue ice, umbrellas and beach chairs are all organized in the utility room. So handy! It's also a short shot down to Wailea for all the resorts, beaches and shopping there. This condo has everything you need for six people and it bears mentioning that the couch bed is the really nice new kind with no bars, no squeaking and a very comfortable mattress. It's comfortable as a couch as well. Be aware that there are no consumables in this condo beyond dish soap, dish washer pods and laundry soap. There are some tiny bars of soap and hand sanitizer. You will need to bring/buy everything else...notably cooking oil and ziplock bags. Jamie, the owner, is a dream to work with...responsive, helpful and thoughtful. His recommendations were spot on! We were also contacted by the management company while we were there and they were great as well. Would recommend and absolutely stay again. This was a great base for exploring the southernmost snorkeling beach all the way up to Lahaina and lots of what you want to do is nearby in Kihei and Wailea. No negatives beyond having to buy some kitchen consumables (we had plenty of toiletries) and an old dishwasher.

Perfect for a family getaway!

Jamie is an excellent host. Very responsive and friendly. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was well stocked with beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, etc. There were plenty of towels and plenty of places to hang them to dry. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as dishes, pots and pans, etc. We tend to cook quite a bit while on vacation. The BBQ/grill facilities are also very good and convenient. This is the second time we have stayed at Maui Kamaole and we will definitely be back. It is our favorite place to stay in Kihei, close to many beaches, restaurants and shops. I have nothing but good things to say about our time at this condo!

Great stay!

This was our first time staying at Maui Kamaole. Jamie's unit was so nice. Well taken care of, but also laid back (not super fancy, which as a family with young kids we love - less stuff to break!). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, soap etc. We really liked the lanai, hidden in the palms. When booking, I wasn't sure about being off the beach, as we like to be able to walk there, but our young kids were able to make it just fine, and it's really nice being off the main road. The unit was breezy enough that we never needed to use the A/C. Thank you Jamie for a great stay! We hope to come back in the not-too distant future.

Our week Maui Kamaole

We had a lovely time with family. So nice to have all the available beach equipment; beach chairs, umbrellas and even boogie boards. The kitchen was well equipped as well. The owner was accommodating and responded quickly to all our inquiries.
