This family-owned home is situated on the east side of Buzzards Bay in North Falmouth. The house sits in front of a 150 ft wide private beach, across the Wild Harbor channel from New Silver Beach. Built in 1923, it is a classic beach house that contains all the modern amenities, including a full service kitchen, two waterfront-facing porches, and an outside shower. Six bedrooms on the second floor: the beige, pink, blue and cream rooms face the water, while the green and violet rooms face the woods. There are two bathrooms upstairs, half bath downstairs, and two showers (one inside, one outside). By car, the house is located 15 min to downtown Falmouth, 20 min to Woods Hole (where one can catch the steamship to Martha's Vineyard) and 40 min to Hyannis. Great spot for further exploration of Cape Cod including the dunes of Orleans, the national seashore, and Provincetown.

We had a wonderful time. My 6 grandchildren, ages 5 to 16, their 4 parents and I loved being together. The house is quite large with plenty of space to spread out. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen large and well supplied. It was great to have a private beach (recommend Crocs or similar for stony beach) and outdoor shower. The kids also enjoyed playing games in the huge grassy yard. There are many outdoor chairs and a large picnic table, where we could comfortably enjoy eating together.
We would love to return.
Thank you, Kenan.
We stayed at the beach house durring the last week of july and had an amazing time. The views are spectacular and the water was so warm. The yard and the beach were nice and private and I never had to worry about our dog or the kids. We could not be happier with our stay. Thank you again for letting us use you lovley property.
My husband and I and our nine children ranging in age from from 19 to 2 had an amazing week at this property. There are breathtaking views of the ocean from 4 out of the six bedrooms. With a beautiful big living room, sun room and game room there was ample space for full family fun. On top of that, the beach was right there- no need to pack up all your stuff for the day - just walk out for a swim, come in for sandless sandwiches for lunch. We so appreciated the private nature of the beachfront in this age of Covid-19. Five star recommended!
Perfect for families, spacious and the private beach was so nice.

Breathtaking, beautiful, comfortable
We had a wonderful time. The property is exactly what we were looking for - private, private beach, accessible to everything, beautiful house. There were 5 of us and we just had the best time. We just stayed at the house most of the time because it was just so beautiful and relaxing. We did drive into Boston one day - which took about 1 and 15 - it was an easy ride and we were lucky not to hit much traffic. Kenan was very reachable and answered questions from us quickly when we contacted via text. With the windows open there is such a great sea breeze that runs through the house - ohh I loved it!
The only "con" I would say and maybe suggest to the Murphy family - is a possible upgrade to the upstairs bathrooms. You have to be very careful when taking a bath not to let it go to high. Other than that it was perfect - and I actually used the outdoor shower everyday because it was so relaxing being in nature! This was just a minute detail and as you see I still gave them 5 stars! Would give more if I could! We had our two dogs with us and they just LOVED the water and the property was private enough and away from the road that we didn't need to worry about traffic. We will Definitely be back!!!

Classic Cape Cod beach home will one ammazing view!
As we first arrived to the house it felt very private and secluded. As you drive up closer to the house you can see the ocean and the boats coming in and out to sea. My family and I had an awesome experience stay at the house for a week. Sleeping with the windows open having the ocean breeze blow in and the sound of the waves put us to sleep every night. Have our own private beach was the icing on the cake. All the kids running around making sand castles throwing rocks into the ocean and looking for hermit crabs was great. The home owner, Kenan Murphy was very welcoming and super nice if we needed anything for or stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you again Kenan for us to use your beautiful home. We made many new memories to share throughout the years to come. BEAUTIFUL HOME!

Great family vacation home
This was a vacation with our 3 adult children and their families. The house is large enough so we weren't in each other's space. We gathered for family meals in the spacious dining room looking out at the spectacular view. The house could use a little cosmetic work but all in all a great time was had by us all.

Couldn't ask for more than this
So this was a vacation with 8 adults and I was in charge of finding the right spot. Needed to be great for dad-in-law's 80th b-day-expectations were high. I got so lucky finding this place! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot-beautiful old family home that makes you feel like an honored guest-spectacular views-private beach, plus a gorgeous lawn area-large kitchen-washer dryer and outdoor clothesline for hanging towels, etc. Oh and for those worried about an outside shower . . . was everyone's favorite thing (don't worry, completely private). Front side has cool ocean breeze, back side of house may need fans on warm days/nights. Good location for Falmouth, Sandwich (glass art!) Woods Hole and ferries. Loved going to the Chart Room in Cataumet - husband highly recommends biking to Woods Hole - great place for sailing - but honest - if you do nothing but stay at house on beach - you'll have a truly unforgettable vacation. Owner was lovely to work with. Can't wait to go again.
