This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

This oceanfront gem has been completely renovated and is now equipped with brand new appliances and a new 2nd full bathroom added. Porcelain tile flooring and quartz countertops throughout. Thoughtfully curated high end furnishings and brand new QLED smart TV's in each room.
High speed internet for smooth streaming capabilities. Private washer and dryer in unit.
Brand new outdoor furnishings to enjoy your meals while admiring the ocean from your breathtaking 14th floor panoramic view and taking in the crisp sea breeze. Brand new black out shades in all rooms.
The Master Bedroom Suite has a King Bed with walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds with its own walk-in shower. The Living Room has a SMALL sofa bed for kids, NOT Adults.
No need to bring anything from home for the beach. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, tent, all provided. Relaxing island getaway awaits.
A short 10-minute walk north out of the parking lot are more restaurants, movie theater with dining, and mini golf. BOOK NOW!
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. As of June 1, 2022; There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
