Perfect location
Loved this unit. I will say that parking was an issue for more than one car. There is no AC. The high was 78 degrees and it was fine for us since we had the fans on. The train is close and you can hear it at night. Overall, it was great. The beach was super close and everything we needed was in walking distance.

Condo needs work! Property Amenities and location are ideal.
This is the second condo we've rented at this property. The listing says the condo has been renovated, which is a bit exaggerated! The only things that have been updated are the showers and kitchen countertop. The appliances seem to be from the 80's or 90's. The brown carpet is gross and needs to be replaced. The condo was surface cleaned but REALLY needs a deep cleaning. The property itself is very well-maintained and in a great location. The condo is at the edge of the property near the street and train tracks. Its pretty noisy! The listing agent was easy to deal with and was quick to respond and take care of our one request.

We have stayed in a ck do at this place before. Was looking forward to staying again. The landscape is pretty and the condo was as described. Nice and roomy. There were extra blankets if needed. Cookware. The unit is close to the parking garage and parking space for this unit. The pool was nice. Close to Pier and the beach.

Welcome home!
North Coast Village is the perfect place to stay in Oceanside. It is on the beach, has great amenities and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. If you are visiting a Marine, it is 10-15 from the Las Pulgas gate… perfect for deployment send offs and welcome home! The condo was clean, comfortable and close to parking. Though it is close to the train, it was not disruptive at night. (Windows closed) The host was easy to communicate with. She provided excellent instructions and follow up. We will rent this condo again for our next trip to Oceanside.

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay. The location was great. The amenities (pool, pool table, feeding the fish) were all enjoyed by my kids. Easy walk to the beach to look for shells and felt safe the whole time. Easy and quick trip to tide pools In Carlsbad. When we needed more towels for our pool time, more were provided in a timely manner! Overall, I would love to come back in the future!

Bigger and better than the pictures show! We were very pleasantly surprised and our family of 5 fit perfect. Beds were comfy, all the beach toys you could need and perfect proximity to the beach. Had the best stay and we will be back!

Tropical retreat
This condo was perfect for relaxing with family. It's has private beach access and parking within a 6 minute walk. It is roomy, comfortable, beautifully decorated and nestled in a beautiful tropical landscaped development. We would definitely vacation there again.

Great Location _ Beautiful Property
This was a beautiful property. The check in process was easy. Easy access to the beach. I saw comments on the train , but we didn't really hear it. The security deposit was a little heavy , and took a few weeks to get back, but otherwise this was a great option.

Northcoast Village Oceanside
We had a very nice time. The condo was clean and roomy enough for four adults. We were a little disappointed at first that there was no air conditioning but the fans worked well. The property was very nice from the pool, the gym to even the laundry room. The access to the beach was so easy and right there. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach, went fishing out of the harbor, found great restaurants all in walking distance, enjoyed apple pie at the Top Gun house and were able to find something to do during the entire stay. The beds in the unit could use some updating as they were a little too soft but that’s just preferential. All in all , a great stay and we would recommend this property!

Family of 4 LOVED staying here!
My husband and our two girls (ages 18 months and 4 years) had the best time staying here. The condo felt huge for the 4 of us. It was super easy to have our toddler and our 4 year old running around. I loved that it was a quick walk down to the beach and parking was easy and close to our room. We had everything we needed in the bathrooms and kitchen. The only downside was not having AC, but we knew that going into it and were able to cool down the rooms with opening the windows. The trains passing by were sometimes noisy but the fans they had for guests stored in the closest drowned out the noise and didn't intrupt our babies sleeping one bit. The property was stunning. It was in a fun location. The beach was perfect. Just a walk down to the pier. They had extra beach toys and towels in the closet. It wasn't anything fancy but it was absolutely perfect for us. I can't wait to come back for our next beach trip.

Be aware of the train at night
The property could definitely use some updating and the train right by your window is extremely loud at night. With no air conditioning you have to keep your windows open during the summer. The condo complex outside was very beautiful and being able to walk to the beach was awesome!
