Apto brand new with 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, bathroom. Living room, kitchen, balcony or terrace with private barbecue. Tv led, microwave and cooking utensils. Ceiling fan in all bedrooms and living room.

Only 800 m from Maranduba beach and close to excellent beaches such as Praia da Fortaleza, Lagoinha and Caçandoca. In Praia da Caçandoca is where the Heralds Castle is located, a tourist point that is worth knowing besides having incredible view.

The Maranduba beach has kiosks, water slide in the sea, schooner tours (depending on the time of year). Great for bathing, to go with family and kids too. Trails, lakes and waterfalls, in a very preserved nature. They are attractions that you can not miss.
The neighborhood still has structure of markets, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, beach shops, gas station, etc.

O apartamento é igualzinho o descrito, todo limpinho, com ótimas camas e uma estrutura muito boa no condomínio em si. Só passei aperto com o fogão, mas acredito que seja por conta maresia que entope as bocas e o torna lento. Não tenho que reclamar absolutamente de nada. A proprietária é muito tranquila e nos flexibilizou bastante a estadia! Com certeza, voltarei!

Considerações
Apartamento muito bom e confortável, estrutura nova e tudo funcionando. Algumas considerações apenas que seria interessante para futura locação, devido época de verão fez muito calor e mosquitos, só ventilador não foi suficiente, sugiro instalação de ar condicionado, tv aberta um aparelho e somente um controle ..que para alterar canal era no controle, já volume so na tv, mais copos de vidro, e seria bom um bebedouro para galão de 10 litros, estas são apenas sugestões de melhorias, no mais todas descrições do apartamento realmente continha, grato pela recepção.

Bairro cheio de buracos, sujo e fedido demais. Água da praia com aparência feia. Não recomendo maranduba.
