Your Own Private Hot Tub!!! 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 2.5 Baths. 2 car garage.

The hot tub under a star swamped sky will reset your thoughts on what a starry night can be. The sunsets on the La Sals glow to an elevation of 12,800 ft. The contrast of red rock and white peaks is unlike anything else on the planet. Come to play, unwind and enjoy! Sleeps 8 comfortably and check in is a breeze with a smart keypad lock and your unique entry code.

Master Bedroom (Downstairs) - King bed, walk-in shower, double vanity.
La Sal Suite - Queen bed with breathtaking mountain views.
Guest Suite - Full Bed plus bunk bed. Playful Decor.
Loft - includes a unique modern sofa that pops out and up into a comfy queen size bed.

One full bath downstairs plus half bath which comes in handy especially with larger groups. One full bath upstairs.

Amenities such as soaps, detergents, toilet paper and paper towels are supplied, but not replenished throughout your stay.

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a family meal and then some.

Dining Area is includes seating for 8 plus a custom cushioned banquette- a perfect cozy spot to have your morning coffee and soak in the majestic views.

Living Room is spacious with two designer leather sofas, 50” Flat Screen HDTV with bluetooth sound bar and huge 5’ x 7’ windows framing the La Sals. Free hi speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Patio has big views and handsome teak furniture including a collapsable 8 person dining table and reclining armchairs. Enjoy grilling on a new Weber Spirit 3 burner grill. Take advantage of a 50’ hose to wash the dust of your bikes.

Garage is of the two car variety and includes a fully stocked bike tech area with everything for all your bike tech needs. Bike amenities include : an exhaustive assortment of Park bike tools, air compressor, complimentary tubes, portable Park bike stand, 6 collapsable wall mounted bike racks, cleaning and lubing supplies and more. Other garage amenities include a bonus beer fridge with bottle opener and cap catcher, a mod bench with shoe storage, 2 zero gravity chairs, plethora of hooks for gear, a wall of maps including individual maps of all major road and mountain bike rides (just snap a photo and go). Have a beer and work on your bike in a garage with the best views in Moab.

Red Dirt Therapy

Been mtn biking in Moab since 1985 so this is like a second home. The condo was great, clean well-equipped with extra nice touches like a bike work bench in the garage (including tools!). Would stay there again anytime.

Rim Village 5A1

Our house was quiet and far enough away from the bustle of the town. Very well furnished and cabinets full of things to cook or bake with. Hot tub was my main draw and we used it every evening. Master bed was comfy and pillows were perfect. Garage was awesome! Thanks again Ed and Tiffany!

This condo is wonderful!!

If you’re headed to Moab I highly recommend this condo. We had an amazing time staying here. We stayed during the first week of April and the view from the living room window was stunning. The snow capped mountains were in the distance with the red rocks ridge right up front. The hot tub was clean and if you sit up high in the seats you can see the gorgeous view there too. We found the neighborhood as a whole to be very nice with convenient amenities that we didn’t really get a chance to use. The location of this condo is on the edge of the neighborhood so it’s pretty quiet, even during the busiest of weeks (we accidentally visited during Jeep week!). If you have a family with small children I imagine this condo would be perfect. It’s stocked with everything you could possibly need…crib, stair gate, high chair. I was impressed and jealous I never found a place like this when my little guy was a toddler! Oh and the owners were fantastic and so easy to communicate with when we had questions. Condo was spotless and well stocked.

Perfect Family Getaway

As a mom of 4, I needed a comfortable and welcoming home for our family. This place was it! There’s a park and pool within walking distance, and literally everything you need when you walk in the door. Easy communication with the owner Ed and gorgeous views from sun up to sun down! Highly recommend for your vacation destination.

Perfect peace and quiet

This is our second stay here. We will be booking again. Away from the busyness of town, but close enough to partake of. Great complex with pool and comfortable condo for relaxing.

Spacious retreat

This was a great retreat for our family to spread out while on our southwest adventure. Convenient enough to attractions, but just far enough away to feel like a quiet retreat. Very well equipped and the hot tub is a bonus!

Moab paradise

We were able to park our SXS and truck in the driveway and there was parking on the street for our second truck/trailer. The condo was in a great location and the private hot tub on the patio was a plus.

Perfect setup!

Family of five stayed there in August 2020. Great location with beautiful views. Three bedroom and 2.5 baths, hot tub, clean garage, Condo community pool close by but not so close as to be noisy. Very well stocked kitchen with nothing lacking. Nice comfortable living room space Corner of the garage setup like a bike shop with tools, etc... 5 minute drive to town. Owner is a great communicator and unobtrusive. Completely satisfied, zero complaints. We would definitely stay there again.

You will enjoy the Moab Cycling Retreat - even without cycling!

Our family of 7 (teenage and young children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ed and Tiffany's condo. Plenty of space to spread out yet it had nice gathering areas in the family room and on the patio. The younger kids loved the 2nd floor loft space that overlooked the family room. Community pool was very nice and then having our own hot tub was icing on the cake! There was a problem with the fridge when we arrived, but Ed worked as quickly as possible to have a new one delivered and installed. He did a great job of keeping us informed of progress. Overall, the Rim Vistas community where the condo is located is a very nice, well-maintained community. It is a little out-of-the-way and you'll find yourself doing quite a bit of driving back and forth to Moab (~10 mins) for all your supplies and entertainment, but that wasn't a big deal to us... We will definitely return next time we're in Moab!

Beautiful spacious home, great for families with kids

Beautiful home with the easiest check-in process. Loved the master bedroom in the lower floor. Kids loved the bunk bed and we enjoyed the hot-tub. Would love to stay here again.
