Sandy Souls is 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, located on a quiet street within a short walk to the Beach. Great space for families with kids or pets, the home features a big fenced yard. Enjoy a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach!

The kitchen features custom-designed cabinets and granite countertops, stainless appliances and a huge dining table with seating for 10 people. The bright and spacious living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The home has all the amenities you need, including WiFi for entertainment.

The Primary bedroom has a King bed, and 32-inch flat-screen TV and an attached bathroom with Tub and Shower. Two guest bedrooms on this level, the first Guest bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, and the second guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size bed and a 40inch Smart TV, for streaming your own programming. The home also offers a roll-away twin bed, and an additional Twin inflatable bed in order to accommodate up to 10 guests.

This home is a comfortable island escape on a large shady corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. Located only 3 blocks, a quick 5-minute walk to the North beach dune crosswalk; a short walk down an unpaved quiet lane. Walking distance to several restaurants, shops, Jaycee Park, Memorial Park, lighthouse, and beach. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee. There is a large covered furnished deck and fenced yard perfect for pets. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Books, games, and DVD movies. Covered parking for 4-6 vehicles.

Beautiful weekend

The property was very well kept to the exception of the gutters around the back of the house where full with a lot of leaves all over the back patio and steps going down to the ground maintenance was called but they came quickly to blow the deck off and stop the water leak under the sink but otherwise we had a time kitchen was fully equipped would love to return very quiet neighborhood. 👍

Great for multiple families

3 families stayed with 10 people total. 6 adults and 4 children. The property worked great for our group! It was a decent trek to the beach so make sure you take a wagon but the beach was great since it was t crowded with condo chairs!

Great family beach vacation

We stayed at Sandy Souls with our 7 kids, ages 1 to 15. It was so great to be able to walk to the beach, especially a part of the beach that was not very crowded. We fixed our meals at home and had everything we needed. (The only thing lacking were pot holders.) We were worried that because it is a pet-friendly home, there would be animal hair or animal smells, but it was very clean and smelled just fine. Thank you for a great 3 days relaxing on the beach with our family.

We really enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island at Sandy Souls! From the check in process to the house location...super pleased! The house is definitely in a great spot for getting to the beach easily. It is located only a 5 minute walk down a gravel road to the beach access walkway. It is also in the quiet North beach area. We loved how quiet it was. The front porch was a place that we really enjoyed! Every day we were out there for coffee, drinks, cards, etc! The kitchen was super as well. I would advise bringing a few things with you, as there really aren't baking sheets, oven mitts, etc. We loved our time in Savannah, and it is such an easy drive from Tybee. We loved our time here and will definitely be back!!!!

The property has a great outdoor space, is aesthetically satisfactory, and the proximity to the beach is great. However, we were extremely disappointed with the obvious lack of cleanliness. The house was filthy. Dog-friendly or not, the home shouldn’t reek of dog upon entry. Housekeeping did provide us with a bottle of deodorizer which helped some. Also, there were balls of dog hair tucked away in corners and under furniture; the floors were dirty upon arrival, which we quickly discovered after kicking our shoes off. Great location, great outdoor space, but very poor job of keeping this property clean.

June 2017 Stay

We had a wonderful stay last weekend and Sandy Souls! House was very clean and well stocked. Location is excellent and just a short walk to the beach! It is also in a more residential area, so it was very quiet at night (even on the 4th of July!) Multiple porches to enjoy the outdoors at home too. House was very pet friendly (had multiple dogs with us) as well. We'd go back any time!

July 2016 Stay

We vacation to Tybee yearly, always trying new homes but I think we found a keeper! The house provided everything we needed and then some! We all had plenty of room to gather together, which was awesome! A short (about 5min) walk to the beach was a big plus! The home was very clean and well decorated! We did a sunset dolphin cruise, which is highly recommended to see a sunset like above! We can't wait to stay again next summer!

In need of an update

This property was not as expected, we have stayed in a number of properties booked through VRBO and this did not meet the standards we have come to expect. I did not expect the settee to smell of dog, if previous guests had pets the place should have been steam cleaned. The bath is rusty and the toilet pedestal broken. The cushions for the furniture on the front patio need cleaning or replacing. The Kitchen cupboards are falling apart and we do not feel enough pots and pans were provided considering the number of people the property can hold. The waste bin runners were broken. The vacuum cleaner only works when the cord is tied around the dust reservoir to hold it in place. The BBQ lid was broken and had to be mended, the gas ran out the first time we used it. The photographs have obviously been photoshopped to make everything look brighter and cleaner or were taken some time ago! The property is in the quiet north end of the beach.

fantastic stay

we had a family of nine stay there. It was great and everyone that we talked to about anything were very helpful at answering any of our questions. With 3 kids ages from 11years old to 23 months old they all enjoyed the porches and playing inside. The kitchen was great and loved that it had a washer and dryer. We would def stay there again if we went again. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Nice, but overpriced

Nice location, 4 min walk to a quiet portion of beach. Really enjoyed having keypad entry (no key). Lots of space for my family of 11. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry space was good. Comfortable. The entryway downstairs is great- keeps the sand from becoming overwhelming upstairs. However... the bathtub was extremely slick. Refrigerator leaked water (assuming it was the ice maker?). Washing machine only uses liquid detergent. We had to go buy detergent because we only brought powder. Bunk bed ladder is not securely attached to the bed- literally held up by a zip tie. Paint peeling from the window- first thing you see when you pull up. Overall a nice house that just needs a little touching up here and there . As it is now, the nightly rate is a little steep. Rental company staff were great! Easy check in and checkout. Text when house was ready to check in- about 2 hours early, which was nice. I'd stay with this rental company again, just maybe not the same house.
