Fremantle Experience

We enjoyed our stay though feel the property needs a paint and little tidy up. It was quite dusty and could do with a deep clean and some blind replacements. But was well placed inFremantle and was easy to access everything.

Poor communication and ripped off

Although the property was as described we were denied access to the 4th bedroom. We booked the 4 bedrooms unit for 4 people. However, one bedroom was locked and was unable to be accessed. Numerous calls and a text message to the owner went unanswered. This forced one of group to sleep on the couch. Also the back laundry door has a broken latch so can't be locked.

The location was fantastic. A lot of diy/cheaper fittings throughout. Layout was great and suitable for a family. Missing basic kitchen tools such as tongs and egg flip. Noise from upstairs due to lack of insulation, upstairs people didn’t do anything wrong, we could just hear everything. The beds were comfortable and showers/bath great.

Average Stay

Good location, Place was quiet un tidy. Cupboards, pots and pans and utensils were dirty, fridge was dirty inside. Beds weren’t made properly And need warmer blankets or blankets that for the whole bed and cockroaches in beds and around kitchen. Found cans under beds and ashtray outside full of cigarette butts. BBQ was filthy. We could hear the unit upstairs noise and walking around until, showering and using the toilet. early morning. Overall it was an average stay but could be maintained with a decent clean through.

Property was clean and comfortable, position was perfect for us and easy to find.

Very nice property but found it not very well equipped for daily living. The kitchen utensils and other things needed for day to day living were very sparse. Eg no wine glasses, cheese grater etc also it was quite cold while we were there and there we no extra blankets. No hand towels in bathroom. Just a few little things but overall a nice olace
