Place needs work

The place was clean and in a good location but the hvac didn’t work right, the fridge wasn’t set right and ruined some of our food and some of the windows wouldn’t close all the way so outside noise woke us up.

Could have been better

If I don’t like a place, I usually just don’t write a review. However, we were so disappointed with this property and I believe for justifiable reasons. The biggest complaint was cockroaches, lots of cockroaches. I let property manager know the second day we were there that we had seen several roaches along with silverfish in the kitchen. We got up the next morning and there were dozens and dozens running around in the cabinets and over the countertops and on our belongings that were on the island. When we returned home that night- they were everywhere- under everything in the kitchen. I told him there were a lot. He did contact an exterminator who was unable to come until after we left so it really didn’t help us. Next was the check in. We drove 9 hours and timed it to arrive about an hour after check in. We arrived to find multiple children in the unit while it was still being cleaned. We left and went and had a beverage and then went on to dinner. We received notification after we were leaving restaurant that unit was clean. In fairness, I do not know if perhaps it was finished earlier as we did not go back but it was a few hours before we received notification that it was done. We did not have enough bath towels for everyone. 5 towels for 6 people. The amenities said shampoo etc. There was 1 hotel size shampoo and conditioner per bathroom and we were there for 3 nights. We had 4 people in one bathroom. I am use to rental homes having full size products in the bathroom. Lastly, I never comment on decor but this home had the most dated, dusty curtains and very large dark, impractical dressers and buffets. Even though it says it accommodates six, there was not a table or a place for 6 to sit and eat. Also there was not enough seating for 6 to sit and watch TV- there were 2 uncomfortable random rolling chairs that we used to watch TV. At one point we all sat on the floor to play cards on a coffee table as there was no other area to do that for 6 people. The home was fairly clean and quite spacious but the cockroaches kind of overpowered anything redeeming about the home.

Our stay

We had a nice stay here. Didian was easy to communicate with and responsive. It was hard to have meals here as the place didn’t have a dinning table with seating for 6 adults. It only had an kitchen island with 4 bar stools surrounding it. The kitchen could use some more supplies like baking sheets, scissors, cheese grater, and extra towels.

Ft. Meade stay was EXCELLENT!

Very Navy/Army Friendly. The townhouse was very nice great kitchen and space for everyone to do there thing. Easy to get to everywhere, Annapolis, DC, and even spent a day in W Virginia hiking great falls! We will be staying there again when we return to visit our Son. If you are staying in the summer you might want to ask the host to turn the AC on the morning of your stay it’s a big space and takes a bit to cool down but it was no big deal. See you soon Maryland 😊👍

Convenient and comfortable.

We had plenty of room for ourselves and our son and grandchildren. The beds were comfortable and everything was very convenient. The owner was quick to respond when we had a small glitch with the refrigerator. It turned to be a breaker that just needed to be reset. We had a great time with our family.

Will do again!!!

We came to visit a family member stationed at Ft. Meade. The convenience to base is ideal for that. The bonus was the entire rental, we were all VERY happy with it!!! It had a great kitchen, that we cook many meals. The open floor plan worked perfect for socializing.

Not Luxury; Unsafe; Unhealthy; Poor management

At best this is a "standard property"; but we found it much less: SAFETY issues in the cracked sidewalk/stairs, incomplete handrails in steep entry; kitchen light short in wall switch; HEALTH issues with water leaking from upstairs bathroom down through ceiling in main living room (with mold); shower in master bedroom had hair from previous occupants; carpets dirty; EQUIPMENT lacking in kitchen, mixed dinnerware; no mixing bowls or measuring cups or spoons; washer/dryer didn't work properly; no dining table or chairs (only a kitchen island and stools); beds hard; TENANTS living in basement (not told about); CONSTRUCTION project adding a deck for 3 of 4 days 8am-8pm; HOUSE POWERWASH on Sunday morning; asked for some compensation and was told flatly "I can't do that"; this was a disaster! This property should NOT BE LISTED!

A very good place to stay when visiting nearby Annapolis MD

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and roominess of this townhouse as well as with the comfortable furnishings, linens and kitchen supplies. We also felt very safe in the neighbourhood and appreciated how quiet it was.

Not Quite Luxery

Advertised as a luxury townhouse, it was not what I would call luxury. The common areas are comfortable and nice, although the kitchen is less than stocked. (Not even measuring cups or spoons). If you’re just microwaving and grabbing coffee, it’s fine. But the bedrooms and bathrooms are much less luxury. For example, the master bedroom doesn’t even have a queen size bed in it. The bathrooms are in need of updating. There is mold In the master shower and the cabinets are really worn and were dirty. And they put 1-ply toilet paper in the bathrooms. I’ve never been to a luxury hotel that only had 1-ply toilet paper. I would consider advertising it as a comfortable townhouse and not a luxury townhouse.

Amazing stay

Fantastic stay at Didian place. Great location. Easy and quick check in. Host was very quick to respond and was more than happy to help when we needed at any time. Bed is super comfy. Living area is very spacious and well maintained . Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place! We had a good experience! We will recommend the place to others.

Well kept property. All amenities provided and accessible. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Relevant information on access places of interest and transport services were made available. The location is good and allows for easy access to different parts of town and various entertainment and shopping centres. The property is good for visitors to the area and people needing short term stay.

Great townhouse that worked well for 6 adults

Clean well maintained ground floor unit in a central location for either Baltimore or DC. Large main room that serves as kitchen, eating area and a tv area. We really enjoyed the place as it is in a quite neighborhood with 2 designate parking spots. With 3 separate flights of stairs it may cause a problem for a wheel chair guest
