Perfect Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week in October and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything from booking to check-out was seamless and the property mgmt company was so attentive and lovely to deal with. The unit (A-16) is gorgeous and had everything we needed. We LOVED the full mirrored wall as it made the unit feel so much bigger compared to others in the complex. The decor is modern, clean, and beautiful. The property is fantastic with 2 pools/hot tubs, a gym, sauna, laundry facilities, pool table, etc etc. And to top it off we were steps from the stunning beach! We used the boogie boards and the beach chairs provided for some fun with our daughters. Overall it was a dream vacation and we will definitely be back.

It was wonderful!
Everything was there to make our stay perfect. We spent time with family and enjoyed the beach and Oceanside. It was wonderful. Everything about the unit was accurate. We'd recommend this to anyone wanting to be close to the beach and comfortable.

Average Rental experience
The location is key as it is close to the beach and walkable to shops, restaurants, and bars. Unfortunately, the unit did not have AC (a surprise to us). It also did not have typical amenities as other rental properties such as no beach towels, no coffee or creamer provided. The guard at the checkin station was rude to us as we were 15 min. for early check. To spend this type of money on a vacation, our expectations were not met.

Great location
Property was perfectly located steps fron the beach. Apartment was clean with a gated parking area steps feom my unit. Without AC it felt a bit warm and the ceiling fan in the master did not go high. We had ro open windows at night. It was noisy at times. Overall it was a nice place in a nice community close to many restaurants a short drive away.

Fun beach getaway
So nice spending a few days of spring break letting our kids play and explore on the beach. Great location, the grounds were beautifully landscaped. Condo was super cute and had everything we needed. Check in to check out was smooth sailing.

Three Days at the Beach

Great setup for a small family. Can see ocean from balcony. Easy access from parking garage. Pool was warm for January which we really appreciated. Sauna is awesome. There is a shared sauna and also the woman’s locker room has a private one as well. Unit has a pack n play in it!! Yay. They said they didn’t have one but this property had one in the closet. Go to banana dang for fun banana smoothies and coffee. Or ding tea for some really special boba and matcha. If you have a car.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, great apartment, great location. We leave the place, clean how they ask, everything is taken care of - and then we get an email that the queen size bed was wet- damaged and they had to replace per our contract. Now I know for a fact that bed was not damaged in any way, and I am to be billed almost $800!!!! Fraud doesn’t win. Then they said that same bed was saturated with pee!!! I am stunned about peeing in my own bed and not knowing about it- very dangerous- I asked for pictures and they sent me a pic of new bed in plastic- what a fraud setup this place is- so sad- I went back and forth with owner how their cleaning crew was not being honest- but the beauty and convenience of this place is not worth the scam at the end- spend a little extra, go somewhere else, I’m sure I’m not the first patsy.

Labor Day weekend!
This property was perfect for our long weekend stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. Everything we could need was there. Communication with our hosts couldn’t have been better. The location is really great. Most nights we enjoyed the short walk to many amazing restaurants. The proximity to the beach was our favorite part of the property. We will be back!

Great stay!
We really liked our stay here! We’ve stayed in the same complex before, but this unit was much nicer. It’s right across from the beach and had some fun stuff for the kids to play with at the beach.
