Unit 1101 is a Northside, Ground Floor, Courtyard Villa unit facing directly to one of our beautiful fishing ponds. Just a few steps from the patio you can feed the local ducks, turtles and fish (catch & release only). It has new luxury flooring through-out the entire unit. The kitchen in this unit has been completely upgraded with beautiful white cabinets and new appliances.

Fresh paint gives this unit a bright shabby chic appearance. This unit has everything you need for everything from a nice quiet beach weekend getaway to a great place to entertain your family, friends and loved ones.

Staff were not helpful nor friendly at any of the multiple encounters, with exception to the elderly gentleman at the gate entrance he was happy and greeted with a smile and wave every time. Our condo felt very plain, nothing extra to welcome our arrival. Not near enough bath towels, and bedding for a family of 5 for a week! Even with a washer available, only 2 rolls of Toilet paper, only a few pods to wash items with. Coffee pot broken; had to use a leaking tea kettle. Had to do an asap grocery run for essentials before we could enjoy our stay. Disappointment that fishing gear was not included to rent or use when stocked fishing ponds was one of the attractions that helped us choose this property. Chek out, we were responsible for taking our all trash, starting dishwasher and laundry. Did not see any wildlife, that was highly spoke of online description. On the positive the parking was great, close walk to the beach, room was safe and quiet, enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.
