Enjoy a wonderful vacation in a comfortable year-round home, just steps from the beach. Enjoy long walks on the beach to view the wildlife, beautiful sunrises over the beach and sunsets over the marsh. Weekly rentals -July and August(Saturday to Saturday only).

Maine House:
Upstairs: 2 Bedrooms(1 king, 1 queen, 1 full), Full Bath
Downstairs: Fully Equipped Kitchen with Dishwasher, Microwave, Full Size Washer & Dryer and Large Dining Area. Front Sunroom with a Queen Sleeper Couch and TV, Living Room with Large Sectional Couch, TV/Cable & Wi-Fi.

Guest House:
Upstairs: Living/Kitchen Area, 1 Bedroom(1full, 2 twins(bunkbed), Half Bath
Downstairs: Shower Room, Full Size Washer & Dryer, Bikes and Beach Chairs/Umbrella!
Large Yard Area with Gas Grill, Picnic Tables/Chairs, Lounge and Adirondack Chairs to Relax in!
Outdoor Shower
Early weeks in the beautiful months of June & September at reduced rates. During the off season the main house is only available for the rates provided. (3 night minimum-off season)

Nice place
Great place to stay. Loved being able to walk to the beach with little ones without having to worry about traffic. The house was roomy and the yard was a nice place to hang out. The only negative was that the bedrooms upstairs were hot without AC.

Great Wells Beach Vacation
I found this VRBO property while looking to introduce my children and grandchildren to Wells Beach, a beach I had grown up going to. It was the perfect house for us to stay at comfortably, and had everything we could need for a group of 9. It was an easy short walk to the sandy beach and had the perfect yard for us all to relax in when we weren’t on the beach. The design of the house, along with the additional apartment, was perfect for our family.

10 Folsom Lane Wells
We loved our stay at this property. Having the extra guest house was awesome when my niece nephew and their kids came. Being so close was especially great with such a short walk to get there. I grew up in Maine and have stayed on the dunes side of Wells before. Much preferred this location. It would have been A++ if there was a toilet on the first floor. Was on 2nd floor in Maine house full bath. Only comments regarding improvements would be that the full size mattresses were a bit soft. The sectional also a bit smushy. Loved the king size bed because I prefer a firm bed. Look forward to renting again. Owner Was very responsive to questions about our stay before and during.

Relaxing vacation
My family had a wonderful time. Very close to the beach. We really loved the yard and ate outside every night. The house was very clean. My immediate family stayed in the main house and my extended family stayed in the guest house. My only issue was that the mattress on the king size bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on, it was extremely hard. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Perfect Beach house for families
This house was perfect for me and my family. We stayed in the little apartment above the garage and my parents and my brother and sister-in-law stayed in the big house. There was plenty of room for all of us to hangout inside or outside. The yard is beautiful and spent most of the nights outside stargazing! We had a wonderful week and can’t wait to rent this house again!

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was well equip with everything we needed . Just a little hiccup with the cleaning and check in but over all it was great
