The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher and microwave as well as a large double door fridge/freezer with ice water station.
Perfect for groups of families or friends, guests can relax in the main living area with unlimited Wifi, TV and Optus Fetch TV box or retreat to the garage area where everyone can enjoy a game of table tennis. A selection of board games and DVDs are also available for guest use.
This home sleeps up to six people with two queen bedrooms and a double. The master bedroom has an adjoining ensuite as well as a TV. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for comfort and all linen is supplied. The bathroom is large and features both a bath and shower, while the laundry has a large combined washer/dryer.
A fully fenced garden perfect for guests with kids or a dog, off street parking and an outdoor washing line for drying clothes and towels after a day at the beach complete the package this fabulous house has to offer.

Ideal location 2minute walk to beach and 5 minute walk to cafe
Older property been renovated .
Corner block Busy street during the day. Very quiet at night
Fully fenced . Street side suitable for larger dogs and patio area fully secure for small dogs. Open plan living 3 good sized bedrooms. No air con in bedrooms.
Ensuite and bathroom.
Large living area and kitchen. Air con in living area. Very clean I could not connect to WiFi.
The down side is a 2 storey dwelling has been built next door. There will be no privacy ,once owners move in, for occupants at 6 Petrie Ave. as all windows overlook the house and pation area. This will spoil a lovely holiday home
This is our second visit to this property has everything close to beach shops

Little things matter!
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.

We have stayed here is a very good property in a good location.HOWEVER,when we arrived there were drying glue-smears on the floor in the main bedroom which had not been properly removed after the installation of lino tiles. A pile of lino tile offcuts had also been left on the floor next to a wall in the livingarea. The external door in the laundry really requires a deadlock and all the sliding glass doors require servicing e.g. tracks carriages and rollers replaced.Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom still doesn't work . Like the previous stay, I still had to clean the barbecue before we could use it. Last but not least the cheap can opener in the kitchen requires replacement. The agents for this property are switched on and had matters rectified very quickly for us.
The proximity to the surf was great. A comfortable home with all facilities. One door to the outside in a second bedroom couldn't be locked but that can be rectified. A good place to holiday and relax.
Very nice modern home, handy to everything with all the comforts of home, short stroll to the beach. The only negative it is in the flight path of the airport, particularly noisy when the planes take off to the north however only a minor inconvenience, there’s a lot of planes and none during the night.

Close to Beach
This was our family Christmas holiday break and it was terrific. Plenty of space for the five of us, beach access just down the road, cafe and surf club a short walk away and our furry friend was most welcome. The house had everything we needed, great outdoor area with BBQ, table tennis, DVD’s, board games and free wifi was excellent. I booked direct with Coolum Holidays and found all the staff friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone and I would love to return.
