The kitchen overlooks the living area and comes equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven & cook top. The spacious balcony provides ocean views & outdoor dining furniture.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the main bedroom has an ensuite with shower.
The complex has undercover security parking and there is a swimming pool, spa and BBQ area set amongst landscaped gardens.
