The unit will be cleaned and prepped prior to your arrival, so you may start relaxing once you walk through the door.

Overall experience was enjoyable code the family. Arrived but was given an incorrect entry code and took 30 minutes to access correct code. Pool area was nice but chaise lounges need replacement. House was clean with ample space

No one ever came to repair the garbage disposal so we couldn’t clean our food to cook it..so alit if food was wasted

Surprised and disappointed

We arrived late monday night. There was a broken chair on the lawn. Not sure if the cleaners put it there are not. Some garbage on the ground outside the front door. One ensuite bathroom had no toilet paper, no paper towels, there were no kitchen towels or dish soap to wipe down the dining table and countertops. There wasn’t the one garbage bag provided as per the check in information. There was a thick layer of dust on all the surfaces. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The refrigerator smelled so strongly of bleach, I bought a box of baking soda to neutralize the smell. Perhaps it was my mistake to assume that during the pandemic extra attention to cleanliness would be automatic. The overall condition of the house was fine. Just be prepared and bring plenty of antibacterial wipes with you. Our original plan was to cook a few meals. We ended up eating all our meals out because of the concerns about the lack of cleanliness. Also the few pots and pans were mis matched, there wasn’t one fry pan/skillet in the house.

Golf Trip

We had a minor problem getting into the condo the night we arrived when the door combo was changed without letting us know. Once we had that resolved, the stay was great!! The condo was very clean and just as described. We would definitely return in the future.
