Amazing place and location!
We had such a wonderful time at Walters Holiday Flats. Such a lovely and peaceful place. Everything was so clean and tidy, and having private beach access (1min walk to the amazing Hyams beach) was a highlight. Our host was exceptionally friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I can't recommend this place enough for a relaxing getaway!

A very pleasant stay. Suggest addition of a colander in kitchen and a few more Nespresso serves. Last part of steps to the beach needs to be made less slippery.

Lovely stay af Hyams Beach
We stayed at Walters Hyams Beach for 3 nights on our way home to Sydney from Canberra. Great decision after a long weekend to avoid the crowds. Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, overall place was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed. Absolutely perfect location with a private access to Hyams Beach available to us, to an amazing white sand beach. Rachel was fantastic and available to answer any questions. Easy off-street parking is great (which would be a life saver especially in summer when the place explodes with tourists). Would stay here again for sure, thanks Rachel.

Wonderful owners, communication was exceptional and we were greeted with a welcoming smile. The flat was spotless and smelled wonderful. We were treated to chocolates, wine & biscuits in our room! It was like staying with friends!

Great location and lovely beach. Nice unit. Wish had known though not close to any restaurants as would have planned a grocery trip sooner. Also no AC which was fine because wasn’t too hot but was a surprise. Still great experience.

We're never disappointed staying here! Very clean and comfortable accommodation, beautiful location and excellent communication with the managers. Even though we didn't pick the best weather, the apartment was very comfortable and a great home away from home to relax. Lots of beautiful walks and places to visit not far from the apartment. And the Cafe next door was an added bonus 😊

Walters Hyams Beach
We had the most amazing stay, easy check in due to accurate information provided. We stayed in the 2 bedroom with our Grandchildren. The unit was lovely and clean, modern furniture and fittings. Lovely front verandah to relax and have meals. Fantastic direct beach access less than a 2 minute walk. We have never been to Hyams Beach before and it was beautiful. We even got to see a pod of dolphins. Looking forward to staying again. Thanks for the great weekend.

Love the flat as it’s really just a minute walk to beautiful Hyams beach. We love the fact that they have a private path directly to the beach. The house has all the basic we need. First we were quite worried about the noise from other flats as some reviews mentioned that but the flat was sounds proof with the door closed. The area is often quiet. No noise issue at all. So we are going back to the flat again next holidays. We also love the fact that we can communicate with the holidays consultant via email. Very responsive too. Thanks for the accommodation.

Relaxing beach holiday
There are a lot of positives about staying here, but #1 has to be the proximity to the beach. At night you can leave the window open and fall asleep the sound of waves crashing the on the shore. Then in the morning, you can take your breakfast (made in the kitchen - the unit has a full stove/oven, plus a toaster and kettle) down to the beach and watch the waves. This unit is nothing fancy, but it's clean, comfortable and has pretty much everything you could need (except wi-fi, but after a day or two of not having phone contact with the outside world, trust me, you'll see this as a positive). If you want a relaxed holiday where your main activities are walking along kilometres of stunning uninhabited beaches, or swimming in crystal clear waters, then stay here. Just be sure to stop off at the supermarket in Vincentia for food before you arrive.
